Patricia Brady is a straightforward, efficient, and honest agent who helped me rent an apartment in Astoria -- she was responsive, called my cell directly when there were any issues to get them resolved quickly, moved my application and leasing process through within 48 hours, and was able to navigate challenging situations effectively and honestly (i.e. when there was a miscommunication on the landlord's side). Appreciate Patricia's real-talk and transparency, and wish more agents were like her!

My broker was Patricia Brady. I loved her energy & how thoughtful she was with my moving situation. The first apartment we had agreed on didn't work out but she was very quick to have a back up plan with 2 other apartments lined up & ready to move in. The apartment i ended up moving in was way better then the first one (for the same price) & exactly in the location i was looking for. Im happy she was able to make my move very smooth.

I had a very difficult experience with going solo searching for apartments and talking to several different uninterested brokers daily. I viewed a unit with Patricia and outside circumstances on a few different units fell through beyond our control. I was happy to stick it through with Patricia because she was so kind and patient with me throughout. After viewing a few properties the stars aligned and we found the perfect unit within my parameters for a price that was lower than my initial search. I highly recommend working with Patricia if you are looking for a human connection and the time to find the perfect space for you.

Patricia Brady was the lovely real estate broker who helped me find my beautiful new apartment. She made everything so easy for me and made me feel comfortable doing business with her, she found me this 2 bedroom apartment with a private entrance and backyard for $2.2k so quickly and i was moved in within the week. She's still checking in with me weeks later to see how I'm doing and to make sure the apartment is everything i imagined. Patricia is a wonderful broker and anyone would be grateful to do business with her.

This review is about my agent Patricia Brady and the JOURNEY we went on together. I am so grateful to have crossed paths with her because she truly cares. When the original tenants of the first apartment I saw and was approved for never moved out, Patricia was my advocate. For months she reached out to them, the buildings super and management trying to find answers for me. While we waited for them to leave, Patricia also kept her eye out for other listings in my range and would always call me about them and keep me informed. We needed yo working together from the end of May until mid-November and she never gave up on me. Never ignored my texts or calls. Actually cared about me as a person and in the end when I had just about given up she found the perfect place for me and MADE SURE I got it. I am so grateful to have worked with and gotten to know her over the last few months. She truly cares and does not give up. If I ever need to move again, she is the only person I will call.

My partner and I viewed a listing Patricia Brady was showing in June. We had applied and were unsure if we had gotten the appartment. We called Patricia on multiple ocassions to hear about any progress on the application for the appartment ready to move in for July. A month later in August we were told we got the apartment but the building manager was in Italy so we could not sign a lease. Then she told us the kitchen was being renovated. A month later they needed to do an electrical inspection. She is extremely difficult to get a hold of and she will give you a time to call and meet and will either ghost you or cancel 30 min before a call or meeting in person. She has no consideration for other peoples lives. Additionally, it wasn't until we told her we were going to report her and she finally decided to help us view other places and refund our deposit/brokers fee. But to no avail she ghosts us again. It is now October and we finally got our money back and she is avoiding us. We decided to work with another realtor with KORINY and she helped get us moved into an apartment in a week. Meanwhile Patricia could not do this <5 months. Patricia is the worst person we have ever worked with in every aspect.

Patricia Brady was a great broker to work with. She was able to find me a great apartment and expedite the entire process for me! She listened to my concerns and was very helpful all along the way. Really glad I found her!

EDIT: she was not 12 minutes late left at 930am and she still wasnt there, I have the text messages showing the timestamps of our conversation, her last text was at 858 saying eta 10 minutes, additionally I checked Google maps and saw no traffic using the traffic markers coming from Long Island. I don't like my time or mo ey being wasted, have a good day.

I can’t speak on other realtors who might’ve made the company look bad but all I know is this realtor Michael has been fair. My first encounter with dealing with a realtor and he took time to make sure I understood what was refundable and what wasn’t. Even with my credit being bad and the landlord had her doubts, he assured her that my on time payments were 100%, which I surprisingly was shocked he went that extra mile. Michael does check on you and make sure everything is okay maybe 3 to 4 months in. There will always be pros and cons but for the most part I can say Michael has helped me reclaim my sense of peace. Just ask for him if you’re worried about other realtors

This review is based on the realtor named Johnathan, who was unprofessional and inappropriate. I messaged Vero on Spare Room to inquire about the listing and followed up via text at the number provided on the site. Johnathan called me and crossed many boundaries. He wasted nearly 30 minutes of my time venting about his job and telling me how to look for an apartment. The interaction was sexist and inappropriate. When I attempted to disengage from the phone call, Johnathan said, "I like you, Myra, but you're not allowing yourself to be coachable." What a creep!

Michael is great to work with and the type of broker that will work with you where you’re at! Can’t find to many brokers now a days that will meet you where you are at and help you get into the RIGHT place in terms of renting.
