AMAZING experience yesterday 5/3/24; was able to purchase my first Zimmermann dress after receiving amazing help from the staff. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in through the door. Can’t wait to go back!

I adore this store. My oasis. I really like the ladies in the store. I have been going there as loyal customer for almost. 2 yrs.. perhaps the comment with 1 star was due to the type of clientele that the Americana caters to in general. Your loss. The staff could not be better. Patience is a virtue.

The girls at the store are great! They go out of the way to run up and down the stairs for sizes. Be patient some times they are single coverage and have to wait on few customers at time. I will be back soon. I'm Spanish and never once felt like the girls were racist. Xxoo
