My wife and I recently became US citizens and wanted to get our US passports quickly. We were recommended to A-Passport & Visa Services by a friend. The result was that we received our passports in 4 days. They provided an outstanding service. Despite being in California when they were in New York, communication was prompt and seamless. They also helped us review the applications and make corrections. They helped us through the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for Visa and Passport services

They went above and beyond. They met me on a Sunday, had my passport processed first thing on Monday and I had it by 6:30PM on that same Monday. I was so worried it wouldn't work out but it did! It cost money but it got done. Such a relief. Thanks so much for your help, Zack!

Came back for another visa photo requirement, and another A star experience as usual! First, I called the services before coming, because it was a bit late during the day that is almost their closing time. Understanding the situation, they kindly offered to wait me for a bit past their closing hours. Second, the staff there were super friendly, there was a new employee, a lady working on her masters in nutrition, she was beyond kind and helpful. She made sure my photo came exactly as what the visa required, and she was very easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place, once again!

It was a pleasure doing business with A-passport and visa services. We have used their services many times in the past. The way Amin, Shezad and the rest of the team dealt with me and handled the case was very professional yet empathetic. Their ability to go above and beyond and guarantee a job done is the reason we keep going back! My visa application was a stressful process but they made the process easy and smooth. My visa process would have originally taken six months but with the help of A-passport and visa I got my visa within two months. I’m very thankful for their service and would highly recommend them.

Sharing my story: family vacation flight for Tuesday,Sunday am I realized I renewed my whole families passports except mine. A1 returned my call the same day (Sunday), Monday was a federal holiday & they still saw me in their office to complete the process. They were able to get me my renewed passport in hand the next day, Tuesday night. They were a life saver, fast, professional, legit, safe service. I will use them for any future projects, Thank You A1 for helping me.

Cautionary note: Despite the misleading five-star rating, my visa approval was in no way thanks to their assistance. Their misguided advice and incomplete service left my approved visa practically useless. This company not only provided faulty guidance but actively endorsed dishonesty. Despite having a confirmed appointment at a consulate suitable for my destination, they redirected me, urged cancellation, and crafted an itinerary with destinations and dates they claimed would secure approval. All of this came at a hefty $900 fee, primarily for document printing (later incurring an additional $40 for notarization, a task I had to handle independently). When I sought a partial refund for their incomplete service, communication conveniently ceased. Now, I face the frustration of holding an unusable visa, delaying my reunion with family for another year. I had hoped this company would facilitate an easier process to reconnect with family I hadn't seen in nearly a decade.In response to a review I made on yelp I, they provided confidential information about my immigration status publicly further confirming their "professionalism " and blatantly lied about what info they provided despite clear proof in emails and screenshots of messages.

Our pics came out terrible. They were fast and efficient though so that's why giving them the 3 stars. The lighting they use is way too bright and gives your face a weird oily glow. You're better off taking your own pics at home. I think their visa expedition is good though? Seemed like the other customers were happy.
