Went with my dad to get him some clothes and the store had a great variety with really solid prices. There were plenty of options including jackets, pants, shirts, shoes, everything we needed. At first, we asked a lady for help but she was kinda rude and clearly didn’t want to assist us. What shocked both me and my father was how quickly her attitude changed with the next customer. Thankfully, Angel stepped in and took care of us. He was very kind and helpful the entire time. He made the process easy and gave good suggestions while staying patient and attentive. Big shoutout to him!

Nice store, but during my visit the staff was very unfriendly. Even if I found something I decided to leave without buying anything due to unfriendly behavior.

I came in looking for jeans and I walked out with an experience to remember! My boy Gafar and the two very nice ladies that were alongside it made me feel at home and comfortable with the entire process. Can't recommend coming here more.

Really terrific customer service. I really hate to shop but Lisa made it painless. Quickly got me everything I needed for a nice outfit to wear to a wedding. Beautiful store. A+ for great salesperson.

I have shopped at DXL for over a decade and this was the most wonderful location I’ve ever visited! I was in a rush and only had a few minutes, and Gafar helped me with every step of my shopping experience and was incredibly kind. I recommend this location to all!!!

The customer service was beyond excellent. They were very friendly. I had pre-ordered some clothes & they had it ready for me in less than 20 minutes. Only problem that I've with DXL Big & Tall is that the closet store to me is way downtown. Wish They have a store closer to Harlem or Washington Heights
