I was helped by Angel, the Store Manager, and it was delightful. He was able to find my size in all the things I purchased—and even offered to have an item shipped to me because it was out of stock. (I wanted that instant gratification!) The store was very clean and organized, which I appreciate when shopping. I definitely recommend visiting this location.

I don't have the Salesperson name, but they were very helpful in helping me. I was on vacation and got caught in a heavy rainstorm and was soaked. He helped get me a raincoat and dry shirt that I can use for years to come.

One other detail: the first time I shopped at DXL was after having moved out of NYC 7 years ago, when I used to shop at a place on 6th Ave. at 52nd St. (name forgotten). I received excellent service at DXL, and, as frosting on the cake, the woman behind the counter smiled and told me that she remembered me from years ago at the other store! Now that’s a retail professional!

This is definitely the best dxl. I went in looking for pants, and ended up getting a belt and awesome Batman shirt too. Great customer service. The store layout is very nice. Being around 300 lbs this is my go to big n tall store
