Dr. Park was phenomenal! She showed great care and concern and thoroughly explained what she would do and her findings. . She made certain to understand my issue fully and made every effort to help. Her bedside manner was kind and patient. The office staff were also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My experience with Manhattan Gastroenterology has been consistently disappointing. Scheduling appointments is a nightmare, with long wait times being the norm. The staff's repeated mishandling of test orders and failure to schedule correct tests has only added to the frustration. Most concerning is the lack of follow-up; despite receiving positive test results, the doctor never bothered to contact me with a treatment plan. This has been going on since October and It's now the end of March, and I'm still without a diagnosis or proper care. Save yourself the hassle and seek medical attention elsewhere.

My visit to Dr. Yoon's GI office was outstanding, thanks to the inviting atmosphere and the excellent care provided. Had an appointment with Dr. Qin Rao and he was more concerned with my distance that just offering me a procedure I needed. The distance was totally irrelevant in my case.It felt very unwelcoming and like I was bothering him. Was advised by others and totally agree that I should cancel my appointment with him as I should feel very comfortable with my doctor.

Dr. Park was very efficient, professional, welcoming and friendly. I had a stomach pain relating to digestive issue and she was comprehensive and hands on in our conversation. Very short waiting time and I felt the care very comforting. Her staff were also proficient, friendly and kind. I am relieved to have finally found a doctor who is so dependable.I looked for it because I was having trouble digesting it. Since my diet is mostly Korean food, I went to see a Korean doctor. He took a close look at my eating habits and gave me very good advice. Of all the doctors I've met, he diagnosed me in the most comfortable way and was very kind. The other staff members were also quick and kind in their guidance. To be honest, I was very embarrassed as I had to undergo a stool test for the first time in my life, but they were very understanding. I recommend it to everyone, but especially to Koreans!

This office is incredible. One word to describe Manhattan Gastroenterology: Reliable.Thank you to Dr. Eric Yoon and his team for excellent service, timeliness, and an overall experience that displayed the utmost professionalism. The waiting room was very clean and the front desk staff was very welcoming, spoke clearly, and were efficient in notifying the doctor that I had arrived. Preparation for the appointment was easy and Dr. Eric Yoon is an excellent listener and very diligent in his approach. I feel comfortable calling this office for insights and updates on my treatment and I trust them to make excellent recommendations for finding referrals and other providers in the city. The staff was also highly trained and the assistant/phlebotomist who took care of my blood draw was gentle and painless. All of the staff was patient, empathetic to clients needs, and I feel that this location puts great effort to foster positive relationships with patients who come in for treatment.Manhattan Gastroenterology is a gem.

Dr. Connie is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She heard all of my concerns and addressed them with a combination of medication and promptly scheduling my procedure during my consultation. On top of all that, the office staff was efficient, pleasant, and very down to earth. For someone who typically feels nervous at doctor’s appointments, this was far and away one of the most calming consultations I’ve had. Everything was clear, and I received a copy of everything discussed sent to my email for reference.I feel very supported by Dr. Connie and her medical staff.
