“After selling my home in Michigan I booked a several-month Airbnb stay in the NYC area and commenced my search for a new home. After a lengthy conversation with a realtor who was recommended by a friend, I received a list of coop apartments and condos to review. I felt he hadn’t listened to anything I was saying. Several days later I saw a listing online for an apartment in Astoria that was offered by Horowitz Real Estate.
