Purchased a preowned Breitling for Bentley with aftermarket diamond bezel. The timepiece provided was in a surprisingly poor condition & beared no resemblance to the photo advertised. Don’t expect a comfortable storefront. Their so called business is simply an upstairs office with absolutely no merchandise displayed or salespeople whatsoever. Never before have I had such an uncomfortable purchasing experience as I did with WatchMYDiamonds! The band was reduced in size due to being too loose. I reached out the following day expressing my disappointment & was informed to just return the following day. On the following day in person I addressed the poor condition & low quality diamonds despite a 10,500 cash payment!! I was informed I could only upgrade with an additional cash payment. After a brief argument I was suddenly threatened by the older brother Alex. I was sadly provoked & intimidated into paying an additional $2,500 to fix my concerns regarding the false advertisement. After this hostile transaction, I asked if I could have the extra link that was removed during the previous transaction. These two brothers, Dimity & Alex actually played clueless & pretended the sizing never occurred. These are not good people!!! Not kosher or honest!!! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!! I cannot possibly stress that statement more….. Good luck!

Bought a Rolex Daytona Oysterflex with a Pikachu dial directly from Watch My Diamonds. Was a little nervous buying an expensive watch from a 3rd party but Daniel was very professional and he and their highly reviewed store eased my concerns. Watch came overnight after I paid and was brand new exactly as advertised. Even though everything looked right I still wanted to get it authenticated bc of the super clones out there which I did and as expected it was authentic. Would highly recommend doing business with a trusted seller such as Watch My Diamonds for that reason, I know if I buy another watch in the future it’ll be from Watch My Diamonds.

Found a great watch among their offerings. Ordered it overseas and FedEx went and misplaced the package. With all the stress they kept me calm and assured me they will handle any outcome. After what seemed like an eternity the package was located and delivered to me. Very happy with the watch and service. Would definetly buy from them again
