They did away with tables during covid and never brought them back. Why? It's not like they offer table service. Why not just let people sit and eat their bagel if they wish? The decision makers at this company don't care about customers like they used to.

Bruegger's used to be out go to for bagels in Manlius. In my opinion, the store is woefully understaffed. I stood in line for a simple bagel and coffee for 20 minutes last week. I would love to see Bruegger's invest in the Manlius store to provide better service, quality of service and product received and updating the store.

Overall, Bruegger's is better than Dunkin when it comes to bagels and sandwiches. The bagels are made fresh on site and there's a much larger selection of bagels, cream cheeses and sandwich ingredients.Pro tip: always order on the app. The app includes a free coffee with every order. Otherwise, the menu is overpriced. My main gripe, however, is that nearly 4 years since COVID, they still pour all the coffee behind the counter instead of allowing you to pour your own. This is the only Bruegger's in the area still doing this. When you order coffee, they provide a baggie with 3 tiny thimbles of cream, 3 packets of sugar and a wooden stirrer stick. They don't seem to realize this is a waste of their own money and creating needless waste - I don't take sugar in my coffee. And I typically like more cream than they give, so I still have to add my own at home, so it costs me more money. If I could pour my own, as was the case pre-pandemic, I'd pour the cream first (and as much as I wanted, not just 3 tiny thimbles) so I wouldn't need a stirrer. They also used to have more flavors of coffee, like French toast or vanilla. Now it's just regular, dark, and hazelnut. The Bruegger's on Erie Blvd reverted to letting people pour their own coffee 2 years ago, no reason for Manlius to keep holding out. I've said this on countless customer surveys they've emailed me and no response so I'm guessing this review won't change anything either but I'd go to this Bruegger's more often if they'd let customers get their own coffees again like they did in the past.

The woman preparing the bagels was miserable. I had my twin 4 year olds and they wanted to pick their own bagels. I had to lift them above the level of the counter so they could choose. She loooked up and said, “Move down to the counter to order.” I responded with “Ok, they just like to pick out their own first.” She then said, “There is a list at the counter.” I had to remind her my 4 year olds don’t read and like to visibly see what they’re choosing. She was rude the whole while preparing our bagels. She did however add a pleasantry when dispensing our order, though it sounded sarcastic, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. The other workers were fine. Overall, it left us with a poor experience. If she’s having a bad day, I hope it gets better.

I finally found the best place to get bagels.I made one with cream cheese for my husband at work and he loved them! They are so fresh and we were hooked. Thanks for what you do!Parking: I had no problem with parking.

First visit post-pandemic, very disappointed they had no brisket. I felt rushed to make my choice even though there were no customers behind us. The person who served us seemed quite unhappy with her job which left me feeling like a burden. The dining area was closed and not really maintained for cleanliness. Overall, very uninviting. Food was average.

Bought an everything bagel with cream cheese today. What happened to their bagels? It shrunk. It is now not much bigger than a mini bagel. But the price didn't shrink.

I have been here a few times and I have not been impressed. I have ordered the sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel every time. I'm not sure if it's just this establishment that has this issue or if it's at every Brueggers Bagels but the bagel itself is so rubbery and in cooked I do not like it. Service is usually fast. Inside the establishment is not finished. It has no places to sit and eat inside. Looks like maybe they just opened recently. Just overall not good almost like they were not prepared for opening. Maybe I will return in a few months and see if anything has changed. If so I will update my review.

For years the location in Manlius used to be the best ever 6 out of 5 Stars. I don't know what happened but all their regular staff were gone they have very rude people the manager who was still there so he must be the reason why all the good people left is rude as can be very slow and don't make eye contact or take an effort to greet anyone. What a huge disappointment and I used to come in here five or six times a week. ?

I used to love this place and my wife still loves their ice/cold brew coffee. Unfortunately the quality has fallen off a bit. For what you pay, you hope for a good product. Last time we got the salmon bagel it tested funny and my egg sandwich looks like it was thrown together by a 5 year old. For what you pay, you might as well go down the street to dave's diner or the daily diner for a meal...

Showed up 10- 15 minutes before close to make sure i had enough time to be in and out before closing time and the people behind the counter claimed they were closing in 3 minutes and refused to actually make me anything. Lazy staff makes for a terrible experience.

Not at all what I was expecting, I had been to this location before. The bagels were nearly flat, barely cooked through, the 5 cheese “bagel” was more or less flat bread. Couldn’t taste the cheese at all. Requested coffee with creamer and sugar, no sugar, we had to stop at a gas station farther along to get sugar for the coffee. For 15 dollars I was incredibly unimpressed. My partner got a “western” he let me know it was mediocre, bagel had little flavor, toppings were sparse.
