I discovered that the current owner took over recently. He has made a lot of improvements and is serious about customer service and making sure his customers are happy. An A+ rating can be given to any company when things go smoothly. It's when there is a problem or question to respond to that the real A+ businesses can really shine. This owner went out of his way to respond to me, he answered all my questions, and he set up an appointment on-site to meet with me to ensure that the issue was corrected and I was happy with the outcome. I recommend you try this car-wash, especially if you stopped coming due to issues in the past.
