We moved into the area and were looking to switch vets and this was very close to our new home. We called to schedule a meet and greet to just get in the system but it just so happened our dog had a pretty bad cough. I asked if there was any chance they could see him or should we go to our old vet but to our surprise they got us in that day. I LOVE they have a side entrance so if your animal is contagious or anxious they can just enter right into the exam room from the side. The vet techs were great and the Vet herself was so wonderful, she got down on the floor and was so good to our dog gave him all the love he needed. I cannot recommend MVH enough and am so happy I made the call to them.

I was a dedicated and faithful customer of this veterinary practice for years for both my dogs. I will never go to this practice ever again. Their business practices are immoral and care more about making money off of their customers than in the welfare of their customers animals. I had a problem with illegal, fraudulent charges on my bank account, and then a close family member passed away, and they refused to work with me when my dog is very sick and even refused a prescription for me to get my dog's medications from someplace else. All they care about is money. They DO NOT care about their customers or the animals they treat. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!

The team is amazing, very friendly and caring. My dog receives the best care. They are also great in contacting you to see how your pet is doing after being treated. They text and call. I can even email pictures of an issue and they are great at getting back to you with a text or call to schedule an appointment. I highly recommend them!!!!

We were referred to Manlius Veterinary by a good friend who brings her cat here, and we were so happy to find great vets here in CNY. Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Goetz and the entire staff here are professional, empathetic, patient, and very knowledgable. They were gentle and kind with our cat and us. We came in worried about our cat, and we left confident that he was given expert care and knowledge to treat him at home. Their expertise reassured us and we will gladly be back again to see Dr. Rodriguez or Dr. Goetz, and we would highly recommend either vet.
