“I found a large nail in my tire, and my husband immediately recommended taking my car to Mavis. I'm so glad I did! They were professional, friendly, and had me in and out quickly. The whole process was easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them.”

“My car broke down on the highway so I had to get it towed to the nearest shop. It happened to be this one. I had never been to this place before. I had such a great experience here! The staff is extremely welcoming & friendly. Plus they have an “all are welcome” sign. Once I saw that sign I felt comfortable supporting their business. I would 100 percent come back to this shop if work is needed on my car.”

“Two of my tires have been losing air. I brought my vehicle in and Dunn tire checked all four tires, un mounting and checking surface of rim and remounting. One of the tires did have a small nail in it which they repaired. They worked on my car for about an hour and a quarter. There was no charge for this service. They are unbelievably great company. I highly recommend them.”

“Wow, did these guys ever save us. We were passing through town, halfway to our New England destination and went through a bad storm, which fried some of our car's components. We rolled up to Big 4 about thirty minutes before closing, and thankfully, they took our car in. They were calm, helpful and reassuring... Answering our many questions as they worked through the diagnostics. They definitely went the extra mile for us out-of-towners, to get our car working ASAP and to make the whole thing as painless as possible. We dealt mostly with Joel, Fred and Sam and they were all amazing!”

“8/24 Robert came out to service me with a tire change on my rear inside drive tire. He apologized for a delay even though he came before the expected ETA. I’ve never seen anyone change my tire that fast, great service. He made sure to spot me as I connected back to my trailer. Thanks again for getting me rolling”

“My tire purchase and replacement went extremely well. The job was done in a time fashion and they notified me as soon as the job was complete. They also replaced my rear taillight and did a super job. Plony’s is always a pleasant experience. We are so fortunate to have a local shop like Plony’s in our neighborhood.”

“I love Big 4! Wish I knew about it sooner. They are a full-service garage rather than another tires-only chain. Lots of repair bays. Service writers are lovely gentlemen. Technicians surface issues that you might have been unaware of, but there is never any pressure to complete additional work right away. (They do make suggestions on timing of repairs based on vehicle safety.) Recommendations are saved so you can call for an appointment later and they'll have all the info at their fingertips. They explain stuff thoroughly. I'm no automotive expert, but I get a good honest vibe. Waiting room is comfy. I got some work done there with their WiFi.”

“Showed up 10 minutes before closing with oversized tires I couldn’t figure out how to get off the bead. (Ended up being reverse mount). Was expecting them to blow me off but took my tires right in and got them dismounted and mounted for me. Decided to start using them for the equipment at my work. They are always fast and the field guys know what they are doing!”

“Had some new tires put on my truck, not Firestone, before a trip to NY to see family for a week. Felt a vibration almost all the way up. Called the Firestone at 3702 Erie Blvd. Got set up with a 3 pm appointment. Arrived a bit early and they were slammed. Asked if I was still good and assured I was. About 15 minutes in, saw my truck being pulled in. About 20-30 goes by and I was done. Manger took on my truck cause his guys were so busy. Told me all the tires were off and he got it corrected. Drive it back to where I was staying and not even a little vibration. Fixed it perfect!!!! Great communication, super friendly, , and work accomplished quickly and correctly. Thank you”

“My wife hit a curb blowing two tires and destroying a rim and a control arm. Luckily she was down the street from these guys because we lived rather far away. These guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! I’m blown away at how amazing they were at communicating, trying to keep the cost down and making sure it was fixed and fixed right. Thank you a million times to the crew here!!!!”
