Normally I wouldn't slam someone but the truth is this place is chaos right now. They are in some sort of transition and can't lovate anything. The internet will say they have something in stock but thats not always true lately. Example: I saw on the internet that the store had 3 humidify flitwrs for my furnace. I called ahead because the last time i went everything was nowhere to be found. Anyway I called ahead and the guy was pretty cool and asked me to hand on while he searched fir one...a few minutes go by and he comes back and says he's sure that they have one and would I mind if he called me backwhen he located one....he never called back.
I got my filter at a lowes store so crisis averted. With all that being said this used to be one of my favorite hardware stores.
When they finally get all the kinks out of their transition ill probably change my review but right now...i gotta say this place is a madhouse

The most helpful hardware store, an employee spent probably 30 minutes with me making sure I had everything to do my projects today including making sure I knew how to use them. He also got me what I needed vs. selling me the most expensive thing in the store.
I was having a very rough day and am really thankful to everyone there.

Mixed feelings about this place. Some employees are extremely helpful. One stands out especially. He would listen and try to help. He is knowledgeable and kind, and knows the products provided in store. 3-4 months ago, he spent probably more than 15 minutes to help me find some tubing and connectors. The eventual cost was only about 10 dollars. It is this kind of custom service that makes me keep coming back trying to spend money here to repay the kindness. On the other hand, some employees are so so and some may be just rude. No to mention the cashier working this morning, everytime I check out with her since moving here 4 years ago, the hostility and unfriendliness are obvious. She makes me uncomfortable.
