Package sent back because part of an old label remained on the box. I had been assured by the person who helped me mail it that the small amount left wouldn’t be a problem. Told in a far less than pleasant way I’d need to pay the full amount again to mail it. Went to UPS down the road. Better service and more convenient location

Went to have my passport application processed and the lady named Sharon was extremely rude to me and wouldn't process it. She was late to the appointment and had an attitude from the start like since it was the last appointment of the day that she didn't have to do her job properly. I had to explain myself several times repeating Information, some of it sensitive like deceased parents. She didn't know basic guidelines about the Identification process even when I offered to show her in the application packet. She ended up writing on the application before denying me service so I now have to redo and make copies. She was supposed to be providing a service instead she was snippy , rude, and uncooperative and tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong for not knowing how the process works. So now rush my passport is probably going to charge me extra for not getting the application in on time. I am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of professionalism, incompetence, and downright nasty attitude that this lady sharon demonstrated.

After a week of trying to solve a "wan dering" Priority Package via tracking.... I called the actual location on Wesley St and reached DANA on a Monday. On Wednesday at 7:01 am, my package had made it from Manlius to 13208 in Syracuse !!! That's really less than 2 days!!! THANK YOU DANA 1000 x !!!!!! I tried o reach you to than k you in person but no answers at 11:50am.... The recipient is 99 and in a Hospice.... so I was definitely "antsy" THANK YOU DANA

The staff at the Manlius Post Office is very helpful and friendly. The waits are never too long. I prefer this branch by far over all the others in the Syracuse area.

Inside the office they are friendly and efficient. One Male carrier (beard and used to have long hair - cut it), is the worst in the world. His attitude is terrible, and he is rude as heck. Please get a trashman job, cause your good at being unkept and miserable. Like WE owe him a job -- NOT

The staff at the Manlius Post Office are always courteous and helpful. During trying times like these they still are keeping up their good spirits and positivity. I mailed a package the other day and misplaced the receipt- I needed that for tracking. They printed a duplicate receipt immediately for me. They do go that extra mile for you!

Absolutely horrible customer service. When you ask a question about status of your registered mail after more than a month you shipped they just say it's still on the way whether you believe or not. The Supervisor is extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He yelled at me to say they had a right to not show or provide a copy any traking information of my mail. I just needed a tracking history for MY MAIL. when I asked his full name to file an official complaint, the people work there didn't even know his last name. No wonder that this location has such bad reviews.I could get the full tracking information by calling USPS. it wasn't confidential at all.

Windiest day of the year, and the mail carrier puts lose pieces of mail on the front step. Why not put it in the mailbox??? Multiple pieces of mail are missing, and the manlius post office supervisor simply says “I will talk to the carrier”. Why can’t a mail carrier simply put the mail in the mailbox? It can’t be that hard. No wonder the post office is bankrupt, with that type of customer service why would anyone use them

The mail person will not get out of the truck or even try to extend his arm to put a package in the mailbox if there is snow. They marked a package as delivered which was brought back to the post office. From now on I will not order anything that is to be delivered via USPS.

I just don’t understand where all these negative reviews are coming from. I am always greeted in a positive way when walking in to the Manlius Post Office. Especially in these trying times it amazes me how kind and positive these workers are.I contacted the post office recently in regards to a misplaced package. Post Office worker Dana went above and beyond to resolve the situation. I personally can’t say enough. Thank you and stay safe.

It's concerning when you have questions about shipping something and the people that work there give you extremely vague answers. Very rude and unprofessional. Supervisor not wearing a mask at all. I go in needing assistance and the lady behind the desk first takes someone behind me first. Then she gives me short unhelpful answers.If you don't know how to do the job properly, you might want to find a new job. I am always dissatisfied with this location, but this time was the worst.

I am very frustrated with the postal service in Manlius. They keep misplacing our mail and I am sick and tired of it. I have complained each time, but they keep delivering our mail to another house!!! I am really sick and tired of this and would like to file an official complaint. Who can I contact? I have spoken to the manager and the mailman already. I need to talk to higher up.
