This is the best Urgent Care facility!! The staff is so nice and helpful, I didn’t have to wait long. The facility is sparkling clean and you play the Pet Collective—great videos. So nice that you have free treats too!! Thanks so much!

WARNING: Long Island Urgent Care will order medical lab tests regardless of whether they have your consent, and will do nothing to help remedy the resulting bill. I highly advise that everyone avoid LI Urgent Care at all costs if they cannot afford unnecessary medical bills and want their medical wishes to be respected.I had an appointment with LI Urgent Care in July in which they took an in-office rapid test. I called the office afterwards and specifically requested that LI Urgent Care NOT send my medical lab to an outside laboratory. LI Urgent Care disobeyed by wishes and still sent my test to an outside lab, regardless of the fact that they were able to test and treat me in-office using a rapid test. When I received a bill for the outside laboratory, LI Urgent Care told me that there was nothing that could be done to waive the bill and that I would have to pay it myself. LI Urgent Care also told me over the phone that they always sent tests to an outside laboratory, EVEN IF the patient expressly withdraws consent for the lab test to be performed. After making several phone calls to LI Urgent Care over the course of a month, the facility has still failed to resolve a bill that directly resulted from their disobedience of my instructions to not have my test sent to any laboratory. Aside from calling the laboratory, LI Urgent Care has made no effort to remediate this bill, despite their sole perpetration of this issue, and their disregard for my withdrawal of consent.

I love this urgent care. I come when my children are sick and their regular pediatrician is closed. We always have a good experience.

Closed over 20 minutes before stated time. I was sent from work to her for a fall. PBMC doesn’t take workmen’s comp. What are people supposed to do when you close early and they need to go here

Their website is outdated. You can't make an appointment online. They tell you to show up and can the QR code on the door. Well, we just came here and while trying to scan the code, others just walked in. Turns out that you don't have to do that. But the website and door say differently. This place has been a constant annoyance since the COVID started. I used to go to the office in West Babylon. That place is much better than this place...

After striking out with my general practitioner (hours) and two walk-in facilities (CVS and PBMC) lack of availability and practitioners, respectivelydue to my mid week work schedule (I’m a pharmacy technician) Long Island Urgent Care was an option I’m very pleased to say I am so glad to have discovered. I received very professional and prompt service. I was even offered my first dose of medication right there to treat the inflammation in my lungs. Thank you for providing such complete, accommodating services.
