I have been a Key Bank customer (Marcellus, NY location) for almost four years and it has always been a pleasure to stop in the branch for my banking needs. The bank is squeaky clean and the staff has never failed to be welcoming and warm. The monetary advise they have given me has been most valuable and much appreciated.....and a special "thank you" to Jessica. She is a wonderful asset to Key Bank!

Amanda is not personable AT ALL ! Completely passive aggressive and when confronted she says that she has no problem at all. Amanda should not be the branch manager, she needs better personal skills interacting with the public - switching my banks because of her. Been with y’all since 2014 and she completely ruined it for me !!!!

They are just a bunch of chickens sitting behind a desk clucking. Not one single man works there. Everyone that works there has no idea what they are doing. They are very disrespectful. This is not representative of other branches. This specific location needs the house cleaned; they all need to be retrained or fired. I am considering closing my account just because of my experience every time I go there.

The teller was so rude to the guy in line ahead of me. I feel so bad. The employee was completely out of line.I don't ever want to go back there. I left because I didn't want to be treated the same way. The employees at this location need sensitivity training.

It's always a problem at this branch. Always making mistakes. Always so unprofessional. I'll never go back: I switched to online banking.Put these people out a job!Stop using brick & mortar banks.

My husband's and my experience with key bank in Marcellus, NY has been very positive. The staff has always been very pleasant, professional and helpful every time we come in or call. When another close by Key bank, that I was doing business with, did not return phone calls or e mails on an important urgent matter, I called the Marcellus branch. Amanda when out of her way to help. Thank you to Amanda and her staff for helping us with our personal and small business banking.

Absolutely never ! I had left my bank card in the atm at Marcellus over the weekend , I call today to retrieve it , I spoke to a lady about it she was very rude in telling me “oh well there’s nothing we can do about it , cancel it “ then she hung up on me , literally . So I call back and spoke to a manager “Amanda” was her name , she is the “branch manager” what a joke . She was very passive aggressive and rude to me as well and hung up on me. How rude and unprofessional , I will be contacted corporate about this issue and I highly recommend ANY other bank than this pos , thank you !
