Was looking for a good place to dry clean white shirt. This place seemed promising. When i picked up the shirt it looked horrible, it was extremely dirty, it was pretty much clean when I brought it in to get cleaned. When I mentioned that, the woman working there said I was not here when you brought it in if you want to can take it to “them” in Auburn. The shirt is pretty much ruined whatever they used to iron it was dirty and the whole shirt has dark stains. I wish the place would take some responsibility and not tell me to go to Auburn but actually offer to fix the problem.

The staff is so friendly. Large machines and conveniently located. They sell basic necessities also. Love it here!

Best laundromat in CNY. Clean, no smokers hanging around right outside the door like so many other laundromats I've tried, friendly attendants, easy parking. (re the complaint about not opening windows, the times i've been there in summer they have the door left open.)

You'll love the ladies (and guy) who work here for they're very nice to talk to while doing my laundry. Every now and then I bring them banana bread to treat them. A+++...I highly recommend this laundromat because of the workers, cleanliness (on top of COVID-19 cleaning guidelines!) & reasonable prices!!

They wont open the windows. There have been 95+ days and its like a god damned oven in there. And yet even if you ask, they will find some excuse to not open the windows. I honestly dont know how the women who work in there can stand it all day. On certain days i would consider it a safety hazard. No thanks.
