I live close by and go there way to often. I buy things and need to return them often as well. No one ever acts bothered by my goof ups and jump to showing me where I might find the right object. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and the the staff are super strong insisting on carrying my purchases to my car every time. I just enjoy the atmosphere!

A disappointing experience. Bought a brand new snowblower for the season and it ran great, once. When it didn’t start the second time, there was much back and forth, and in the fine print, gas motors are exempt from the 30 day warranty. Customer service is seriously lacking. We always try to shop local but will not be coming back here.

My friends family got a flat tire while at Marcellus Park. The company was able and willing to help us put the new tire on the rim and fill it with air without an appointment. The tire was able to be fixed in a quick and timely manner and for much cheaper than I would've expected under the circumstances.The employees were all very kind and helpful. Wide variety of products stocked here. Honestly was surprised by the number of things they stock that I'd only expect to see in a Lowe's or Home Depot before. The stores kindness and willingness to help in such a dyer situation means a lot to me. Very much appreciated buisness's like this where they are still out to help the people around them. I will be recommending to friends and family.

Its nice to support local businesses when we can. Especially when they are like Nightingales. The staff there is helpfull and friendly. They also have a great selection of power tools. Also, there is onsite mechanics that fix small engines..Chainsaws, lawn mowers, snow blowers etc.. they have always done good work for me. I will definately keep giving them my business.
