“great bank. great employees. i just wish they would plant a bunch of salt resistant trees around the parking lot for shade in summer and for aesthetics because there are so many wonderful trees in downtown clinton but the AFCU-Kinney Drugs & back of Key Bank section is quite barren of trees.”

“Was approved for a vehicle loan through a dealership but the dealership wasn't informed of the rate. I spent two days trying to call the contact at Americu to find out what the rate and term of the approved loan was. Gave up and went to First source who had the process finished in less than 5 hoursUpdate: I received a call back and an explanation for the disconnect that I found to satisfactory. I real appreciate the call back despite not ultimately doing business with this institution. Shows real class and character and that they don't see people as just numbers. So I have updated my rating for this credit union”

Mike in Herkimer made the process simple, understandable and stress free, and got me the help I needed. Since then, I've moved away from AmeriCU to a farther location, and Samra has been a magnificent help in maintaining my account from a distance. She's helped me with a variety of issues with the distance situation (such as helping me reset my loan from another account as I could no longer deposit there) and helping make it convenient despite being so far away. Plus, she's always prompt with returning emails and answering questions fully. Both of those who have helped me with my banking here are phenomenal and I couldn't ask for a better experience with my loan.”
