She is a Professional, friendly, caring and sharing. She was educated about the current promotions that MCU offers. She value my time. She wore her covid mask. She was patient with me while setting up my new online passwords. She provided easy instructions, while speaking loud and clear. Her customers service skills will give AI the chills. She does great business because she knows the business.”
“I usually do not write reviews, however, I wanted to commend the professionalism and service of Makeida, the Assistant Branch Manager at the Flatbush location. She helped me get my account out of the negative because I was having issues with depositing at an ATM, explained everything in a way I could understand, and helped me close out my account and issued a check for the remaining balance same-day. I would give 6/5 stars but unfortunately since I am unable this review will have to suffice.”

Not because it's convenient for me but because of the products and services offered, the interest rates, and minimal cost in fees. The credit union provides online banking, mobile check deposit, bill pay service, financial counseling and many other perks and benefits that you don't get at other institutions. I highly recommend it.”

“I opened an account march, the first lady I talked tobwas very nice ,I asked bout the loan process ,I was given paper wrk yo have my money come out my check every payday, I go in aptil13th asked bout the loan, and the lady I talked to was different,it was 9am and she was the only one there ,she was very arrogant, I told her I opened an account an she was mean saying I don't see anything etc. . The first lady gave me the sheet with info bout opening an account an the loan process, anyway amonth an some days go by ,I get a call 2day frm the lady that was mean, she said my credit score was 600 which on the other two credit company's my score is ,617,and 631, she says that I don't make enough income frm her calculations? I explained tgat bas long as there's $50 in the account I wdnt have a problem with the loan .now as u see for a emergency loan, wit no credit checks I cd receive a loan of $5 000 gor 10month pay period,then there's a seasonal loans which is a credit check depending on ur score I set up a payroll deduction of $25 every pay period. She tells me I'm no eligible for anything,,she was very forward an aggressive, stating I'm the one who fies the loans,it's up yo my descrition!!?I'm very disappointed, I was treated like a peasant and I felt very disrespected. FRM THE BEGINNING DHE WAS SAYING I WASNT GONNA GET THE LOAN ,BUT SHE SAID SHE WD SEE WHT I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR? THEN 3DAY SHE SAYS THE SAME THING ,I HAVE YONSEE WHTBUR ELIGIBLE FIR,!MY QUESTION WHY WDNY SHE HAVE CHECK THAT AMONTH AN AHALF AGO.INTHOUGHT SHE WD DO WHTEVER IS POSSIBLE TO SEE IF I CD RECEIVE A LOAN? “Best loan application process I've ever experienced (auto loan). Feels like any time you go through this process it's always a headache but the people I worked with at USAlliance (specifically want to give a shoutout to Iveliz), were great. Super responsive and informative and walked you through the process.I also liked being able to communicate with the processor over email and call them directly over the phone if need be. I'd like to reiterate the responsive part cause that's typically the worst part of any loan process, but this was a delight.”

By the time my new car arrived, the contract was expired and had to been renewed, which was understandable due to fluctuant interest rate. Ends up I was offered with a very fair interest rate, I appreciate it. The staff work inside were very warm and friendly. I will love to come back. Thanks.”

“I’ve been with this credit union for a couple of years now. The staff here is amazing, help you with whatever you need and are always willing to put you and your best interests first. The rates here are lower than your traditional banks and the loan officers help you with everything you need to purchase a car. Diego has been my loan officer for my last couple of cars and he has been nothing but the best throughout them all. He has always been quick, helpful, and very responsive with any questions or concerns I have had. Since I have opened my account, I can reach out to anyone there and know they have my best interests at heart. They’ve helped me open up accounts for joint members and Gabriel has been crucial with my notary public documents and managing those accounts. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better set of people, the team is always unified and so helpful. If I could give more stars on here, I would, they’re nothing but the best.”
