I am in Arizona and I was getting a tracking package through the Marcy New York post office. I didn’t know what the package was.I called and actually spoke with someone after three or four rings ;the person I believe was, Andrea was so helpful. I really do appreciate the customer service coming out of this post office

I had called there because my package from Amazon's tracking number stated it got lost and the Postmaster Karen was very respectful and helped me address the issue that I had and was able to answer my questions. Thank you so much for your patience through this rough time. I will recommend this Post Office anytime. Thank you again.

Friendly and helpful staff in this small post office nestled into a strip mall off River road and Cavanaugh road. Hours are clearly posted. A large parking lot with handicapped spots.
