“Excellent customer service in their service department. Very prompt and much better than the dealer I bought the vehicle from. Not only where they significantly cheaper than the quote from my now old dealership, but the estimated shop time was half of my old dealer for the same job using GM parts for both. Not only that but they went above and beyond for me and found out that the repair was covered by my certified pre owned warrenty that was on the vehicle when I bought it at my old dealership and was not going to cost me a thing for the repair. I would give 10 stars if possible. I wll be going here from now on, definitely worth the longer drive for this level of service.”

I stopped by the Macedon Napa for a final try, and without hesitation the staff tag team'd my problem and after a short 15 minutes I had half the correct parts I have been trying to find. The staff than made sure I could successfully get everything else I needed at the Ontario Napa. Within an hr, I was back in business. Thank You Napa Staff !! Keep up the great customer service.”
“I was working nearby Ontario 100 miles from home when my car broke down. I did a Google search for repair shops nearby and came across PJs with a great rating. Joe was able to tow my car within a couple of hours and had it fixed the next day. I assumed it was the transmission, but he said it was likely the axle. When he got it up on the lift, sure enough my axle had rusted right through. He could have charged me for a transmission as I wouldnt have known any better.
I highly recommend them for efficiency and honesty!”
“These guys really know how to put a car back together after a crash. I just picked up my escalade after some collision work to the rear end and it looks just as perfect as they day I bought it. They replaced the rear bumper rear tailgate and some various other parts and it looks amazing plus all the functionality is back since its a Cadillac and has a million sensors and computers in it making it even more of a challenge to put back together correctly. “Went to go someplace at 8:45 last night and my battery was cooked. Tried to jump it, she was toast. I had a full day ahead, bringing my oldest to summer camp, DRs appointment, needed to get to work right after…legit my next day was doomed with driving arrangements. Called Advanced in Ontario at 8:57 (3 minutes before close) and was in desperate need for a battery. Manager on duty said he would stick around just so I could come in after hours. Here I sit with a vehicle that’s now good to go, which means I can carry on with my day tomorrow. That means something. Shout out to the shop in Ontario and the guys working on the evening and of 6/27/23. Your courtesy saved my bacon. You didn’t need to do that but you did. I’m grateful, and will certainly continue to use this store for all of my automotive needs. Thank you!!!”

They keep avoiding the issue, saying you have to talk to someone else who isn't them but they won't give out the contact information.UPDATE: They covered the claim after about 4 months, updated to 4 stars.”
