If I was writing a review of KeyBank as a whole, it might not be so good as we ended up dealing with a lengthy, unnecessary issue with the fraud department when my husband added his phone number to my account.But thanks to Kaitlin Cox at the Marlboro branch, the whole experience was handled so graciously, compassionately, and patiently that we can't help but leave her a 5-star review.She stayed on top of the matter, updating us as often as possible, and making us feel confident she would get it taken care of. Any time we had to go in to the bank to see her throughout the process, even if we started off cranky about the situation, we left smiling after our interaction with her.Recently, the situation finally got resolved and she was excited and more than accommodating as she helped us take the final steps.Thanks Kaitlin!
