“David and the Simply Built team did an amazing job transforming our dated, poorly designed 50s era kitchen into a beautiful, modernized and functional space. David has a keen eye and understands current and classic design trends. He listened to what we were trying to achieve and was excellent at helping to improve and (as important) edit to make our vision a reality. Though small, our gut renovation was somewhat complex and involved cutting through what formerly was a block exterior wall to improve the flow of the room. Additionally, we requested some work that required skilled custom fabrication. From day one we felt comfortable and trusted the job would be done right. David was always honest, clear, available, communicative and patient. His pricing is fair. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and will gladly work with Simply Built for all of our projects going forward. I highly recommend this team.”
“I recently bought tile for my kitchen renovation and I was lucky to have Sandi who helped pick out my tile. I explained a general idea of what I was looking for, and she easily pulled out a few samples that she thought I would like. She was very knowledgable and patient as I spent days making my choice.”

“Tom, Mark and staff just finished gutting and renovating my master bath. I am thrilled with the results and would highly recommend them for any home project you may have! They were priced right, honest, dependable and finished the job exactly as projected. I LOVE my new walk-in shower, new window, blue glass tile and would be happy to use them again on any home project!!”
“Carlos and his team at Creative Home Improvments did an awesome job on my kitchen renovations Monroe. Punctual. Clean. Quality work. And at a price better than every other quote. I recommend Creative without any reservations.”
“New York Granite did a fantastic job on our countertop. They are professional, courteous, clean, and most of all very conscientious. Their measurements were spot on and the seams are invisible. We highly recommend them.”
“We had an amazing experience working with the design and execution teams at Apuzzo Kitchens. Maddi K. supported us throughout the entire process from initial ideas to the last item on the punch list. They sweat the details for you and with you, and if it looks like something isn't going as planned, they are on site immediately to address and make sure everything stays on track! We love our new kitchen and happy that we were able to work with a family-owned business minutes from our home!”
“I needed to order a shower system for our bath room redo. I had no idea what to look for! Fortunately Michelle did! She was an incredible help to me, explaining the various brands, and all the options. She walked me through and put together a system for me that was affordable. I loved working with her as she is so personable and friendly and she truly listened to my concerns. If anyone is looking to replace kitchen, bath, or lighting fixtures, I recommend Security Plumbing and I highly recommend working with Michelle! She is the BEST!”
“I’ve been in the building industry for many years, and I was genuinely impressed by the service at Frank Webb Home. I went in looking for a replacement item that had been stolen from a job site while my plumber was trimming out the bathrooms. The product wasn’t in stock and would normally take 7–10 business days, but instead of just saying “sorry,” they went online, found a distributor, and showed me how to order it directly to have it in 2–3 days.
That kind of initiative and professionalism is rare. Frank Webb Home has earned my business for all future kitchen and bath supplies. Highly recommended.P”
“I love a well laid out kitchen store and THIS is one of those stores. Everything inside makes sense, and is well maintained! We had a great time chatting about the recent snowfall with the staff and ended up finding the right size and stiffness for a small rubber spatula that we've been hunting for for years! Thanks again!”
“Talk to Kevin behind the counter if he can’t find it then he will direct you in the right direction. N&S should be proud to have an employee like him definitely goes above and beyond!!!”
“Go to webb. See Anthony. This guy is awsome. Does everything to get you in and out asap, no be, no hassle, no joke. He should get a huge raise for all the work he performs.”
“We had a new tub and surround installed today. Logan was polite and efficient. He showed us how all the parts worked when he finished. Great customer service. Our new tub looks amazing. Thank you Logan.”
