“I’ve been using this facility for the past two years to store my daughter’s dorm items during summer break, and the process has always been smooth. The staff is courteous and helpful in recommending the right locker size, which saved us money. Retrieving the items at the end of the summer was just as simple. It’s easy to pay online and communicate with the team by email. I plan to keep using their services for future summer breaks. Although it’s about a 7-minute drive from campus, I find it more convenient since there’s less traffic and fewer people. Highly recommend.”

I first needed a storage unit in June of 2024. From day one, Cliff was a joy to be around. He helped me set up a 10x20 unit, and he even kept an eye out and checked if I forgot to fully close the door. Every time I saw him, we'd stop to chat for a while.
The unit held my items for about a year and a half. When I finally cleared the unit and closed my account, everything was in the exact same condition as when I stored it.

“I am hoping to be moving out soon, but the 2-3 years I’ve been here it has been pretty great. One could always want to spend less on the rent, but being indoor, my Wine not boiling away in a 120° unit in July or freezing in February is worth it. As well as my clothes being kept in good condition. I do wish it were a bit cooler in on the hottest days, but it is ok. It gets to about 77°. Place is always clean. I do wish it were 24 hours as I could benefit a lot from that. It could be quite frequent that I could need something after hours.”

I was able to read about the various unit sizes, how much each can hold, choose a unit size and book it online all in under 5 minutes! I definitely recommend A&L Storage. Great pricing also. My only recommendation would be to be more transparent about the deposit fee on the pricing page, so it's not a surprise when you go to book. That said, deposit fee included A&L storage prices far out beat their local competitors. 5 stars all day”
