“Low tire pressure warning light suddenly came on. Showed up without an appointment at Mavis Tire in Newburgh NY figuring an expensive tire replacement. Tom and Vickie had my car quickly checked out even though it was close to closing time. They discovered that it was just the pressure in the tires being off enough to set off the warning light. “This review was long overdue. I wanna think Dean and Paul both for taking care of my GMC. I recently got my 2014 GMC terrain transfer case replaced. I dropped off the car. They had it for two days put it in no problem Unfortunately, had to come back because I forgot to supply a gasket and had a slight leak And unfortunately, the job had to be redone a second time, but Paul reassured me that he would be able to take care of it and could resolve the issue with a simple fix sourcing the gasket from We scheduled a second time for me to bring my car back that was convenient for me and him got the gasket replaced stopped the leak. They did a phenomenal job. Standby. The work extremely reliable to this day. I still recommend all my coworkers and friends and family that need to go to reliable local family owned full service shop. And I’m looking for honest and trustworthy people to work on their vehicle. There’s no better spot to go in Poughkeepsie. Thanks you everyone at Paul’s Moters repair shop I will be back in the future for another major or minor repair job and god bless you and your family’s”

These guys don’t play around. I called ahead and spoke with Frankie because I needed a tire changed on my reefer trailer. Very friendly people with fair and honest prices. They told me to bring it right in. When I got there they got to me right away with only one truck ahead of me, and they had him out in no time. Quick, professional service and no runaround. I will definitely return if I’m in the area again. Another big plus is that this location is only about five minutes from my delivery.”
