I can’t say enough good things about this shop and their crew. Rickell went above and beyond for me today. I came in last minute with my 2017 Ford F-250 Quad Cab 4WD — 200,000 miles on it and the front end was shot. These guys didn’t blink.
In just a few hours, they completely rebuilt the entire front end: brand new tires, wheels, brakes, rotors, calipers, and a full alignment. The truck drives like it’s brand new — smoother than it has in years.
What really blew me away was the speed, precision, and professionalism. They made it look like light work, but this was a big job. Rickell and the team are true pros. Honest, skilled, and incredibly efficient.
If you want quality work done right — fast — this is the place. Five stars isn’t enough. I’ll be sending everyone I know here.”
“My Husband & I went to Mavis Discount Tire in Wappingers Falls. I had a nail in my front passenger tire and when I called Tyler was honest enough to let me know on a Sunday it would probably be over an hour wait as they were busy. We showed up and met Everett (I believe he was the Manager) and we explained the issue. He spoke to Tyler and LITERALLY they got us in to rectify the situation. In and out within a half an hour. It doesn’t get any better than that. Customer service at its BEST!!! That’s how you run a successful business. We found our new tire place. Now I see why they have great ratings on Google.
