Horrible customer service by Christopher and all the staff.
First time my wife and I went to the bank on Thursday at 2:30pm. There was no account managers available and the bank was empty
On the day of my appointment, Christopher checked our case, asked us to get more documents and promised to help us if we were back in 30mins. We backed in 15 mins, and found him helping another customer. After he was done with that customer, he refused to help us saying that he had another customer waiting.
I WILL CLOSE MY CHASE PERSONAL & BUSINESS ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF HIS UNPROFESSIONAL DEALING. NEVER AGAIN USING CHASE BANK

Going to ask for opining my new account, The lady she was rude, and told me take appointments tomorrow. We are busy today. 4 pm we have an appointment with somebody else.

Racist, if you’re not white they treat you like garbage. Bank teller crew on 2/14/2024 at 3:30pm extremely unprofessional would never recommend.

I went to this branch because my local branch in Middle Village Queens in Eliot Avenue, refused to help me. They said they were unable to do a domestic wire transfer to a bank in Manhattan that would convert the USD into euros, when I told the middle Village branch that I have done this before, and I wanted to speak to a manager I was told by the manager who was hanging out for 10-15 minutes since I arrived , That they were not able to do it and sent me on my way. Even though I also told her that I was able to do this before. Then I went to the Maspeth branch after calling customer service, and finding out the transfer could be done. I was helped by a teller name Grace. Grace was nothing more than polite and helpful, she assisted me in my transaction and apologize for the bad behavior of the other branch she knew what to do and she follow through with my transaction and could not believe, when I told the other bank that I had done this before that they didn’t sit down and try to assist me further. No wonder the Maspeth bank was so crowded in the middle village. One was empty.

It's great spot by the bus stop Q58/&Q59 however, the ATM won't open at night hrs. No access for the card holders. Unfortunately, You should find other locations. I didn't use any services at night hrs at this branch.

I've been banking with Chase since 1988 (Chemical Bank back then) because of Direct Deposit. A bulk of my money is here. So much so I'm a Sapphire customer. Still waiting on my free safe deposit box though. They have two indoor ATM's.

Went this branch to get someone to sign a form for me to verify my account, waiting for an hour, still have no one available to help.. the "Worst" branch in among all Chase branches.
