As a single mother, finding a safe, supportive, and enriching afterschool program for my son was a top priority—and this place has truly been a blessing for us. He’s been attending for the past two years, and the care, attention, and structure they provide have made a huge difference in both of our lives.
The staff is not only professional and kind, but they genuinely care about each child. My son has grown so much socially and emotionally, and he looks forward to going every day. They offer fun, creative activities that keep him engaged, and they’ve helped reinforce positive routines and learning habits.
It brings me peace of mind knowing he’s in a warm, safe environment while I work. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for my family, and I highly recommend this program to any parent looking for reliable, caring afterschool support.

Great after school daycare. Cynthia and Carlos are so caring. I didn't have one worry from the day I left my two boys. They exercise, have down time, homework time, and play time. Mrs. Cynthia does weekly prizes and keeps the kids entertained! Communication is seamless.They always make themselves available and are very responsive.

So fortunate to have found this daycare when we moved to the area. They genuinely treat your kids like family. My daughter loved it there.Cynthia and Carlos are beyond wonderful. I was able to go to work with peace of mind knowing my daughter was in a great after school. 10/10 recommend.

Great place for afterschool , Cynthia and Carlos are trustworthy and they take a very good care of the kids. my daughter also joined the summer camp and she has lots of fun.

No lo recomiendo mi experienci no fue muy buena en este lugar con sus propietarios. Hay mejores opciones en Queens donde pueden sentir que sus hijos estarán como en casa.

They are the best accompaniment and place where you can leave your children, it is not a traditional Daycare, my daughter has had to be in different daycares since she was little, but Cintya and Juan Carlos have done a great job with my baby apart from the fact that they worry about her activity physics they have taught him manners and they care that he develops in the best way. Children generally don't want to go home.

It is the safest place where I can leave my child without worries. Throughout this journey they have been like a protective family, they have helped his educational and personal growth, they have strengthened my son in his moments, I would continue choosing them again and again.

My wife and I are extremely happy that we found this hidden gem. My daughter has never been in a daycare before but it’s been such a blessing to have Cynthia and Carlos take care of her. They are such amazing people and my daughter is always so happy to go to daycare after school.

Yea...this is a hands down 5 star rating right here....I lucked out with Carlos and Cynthia when we moved around here...they are the real deal...genuinely caring about your kids and treat them as your own...If you are looking for a daycare with a family atmosphere... this is it...my daughter has been here for 2 years and we couldnt be happier and feel secure..

My daughter has been going to Curious Minds for a little over a year now. She started with full day and then transitioned to after school when she started pre-k. I have had the best experience with Cynthia who is the owner. She not only loves the kids but is firm with them and shows them they must follow rules. She is very nurturing and caring. My daughter absolutely loves going to daycare and I am positive that it has to do with how great Cynthia is. I am very thankful for having found Curious Minds Daycare!
