Very bad experience with FedEx. I never received my package, even though I stayed home waiting for them every day. They kept claiming that no one was home. What’s worse is that they asked me to pick up the package from their location myself. I will never use FedEx again in my life.

The actual center is fine, I guess..I picked up my packages when available.. my complaint is with customer service line... the actual service is non existent.. for such a big company, this is unacceptable...
