I waited on line outside the entrance door, only two customers allowed in at a time. Fast moving line, courteous employees. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Only drawback you have to walk ?♂️ up to the second floor. Street parking available. All in all good service. ?

The tracking update says 3X "Customer not available or business closed." But I was always in the office from 9am to 7pm Mon-Sat. No Fedex Express delivery man came. I always have problem with Fedex that is why I asked my supplier to ship on DHL.

Delivery man says attempted drop off. No attempt what so ever. Need signature. Multiple days this has happened and we have been home all day. Called to see what was happening and the desk girl had no clue what was happening or even if the package was attempted.
