Everyone is kind, caring, helpful, and welcoming. The pharmacy is incredibly clean and efficient. They go above and beyond to help customers, taking the time to make sure everything is handled smoothly and quickly. If there is an issue with insurance, they take the initiative to look into it and reach out to the insurance company to make sure everything is processed correctly. The level of care and attention is rare. They also send a text message to say when an order is filled and ready for pick up, and they offer delivery. It is a great small business in the neighborhood. Customers trust the pharmacy with everything and find the staff to be accommodating. Fresh Pond Chemists is truly incredible and the friendliest small business in Queens.
