I have such praise for Chris and his crew! After having my Audi damaged by the dealership service center in Brooklyn, Gotham City East stepped in and fixed my car immaculately. Unfortunately Audi Brooklyn denied all wrongdoings but these guys made me feel a lot better by taking care of my car, communicating everything with me though the entire ordeal and going above and beyond what they were supposed to do. I highly recommend Gotham City Collision East and will only bring my to them from here on out. My car is absolutely gorgeous now! Thank you!!

I brought my Audi to Gotham Collision East after a car dealer mechanic shop damaged my car severely. Chris and Frank went above and beyond on making sure my car was back to prime condition. Aside from the beautiful job that they did, Chris communicated with me every step of the way, was transparent about everything and even got my car back to me sooner than we thought. I couldn’t have been in better hands. I highly recommend and praise Gotham Collision!! While I hope my car stays this pristine always, if I ever need to get another body shop repair, they are the one on my speed dial. Thank you so much Gotham Collision!!

I have a 2022 Mazda CX5 and was hit while parked. I made an appointment with Chris S. for an estimate of the damages to my vehicle. I have to say I was very upset and skeptical about the entire process. But, after speaking to him, I felt comfortable and at ease. They kept me informed through the entire process. Not only did they repair the damages but also detailed the entire car inside and out. The car looks amazing. My husband was so impressed with the whole process and he is super fussy. Gotham city never disappoints! I’ve had work done here multiple times and they always go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. The paint jobs are immaculate and my car looks brand new every time their done with it. Chris is extremely professional and easy to work with. He keeps you updated on the process and his team does amazing work. It’s hard to find quality body shops in NYC, at this point I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here. Highly recommended!

My Tesla model 3 had damage to the driver side door it would not close. Gotham did an amazing job looks like the accident never happened! The repair took a bit of time to complete (1 month) due to lack of parts.

These guys are phenomenal. They replaced the entire front of my Rivian R1T and it truly looks and runs as good as new. I brought my car here all the way from Virginia based on a recommendation from the Rivian Service Center and it was well worth the extra travel. Chris and Mike were super friendly and professional. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the relatively new Rivian R1T. I left the initial consultation feeling confident and they absolutely delivered a perfect repair. The price was very fair and the turn around was quick. I was even able to pick it up on a Saturday morning.

I Find Myself as the most pickiest Person in the World and my standards are really high when it comes to quality.Gotham Garage fulfilled all of my expectations. Recently had my Volvo XC90 repaired at GCE after being rear-ended. Chris and the team were excellent. They explained the process, assisted with coordinating my rental and completed the job ahead of schedule. Most importantly, the car came out looking like new! 5 Stars all the way!

My 2021 Tesla Model 3 has damage to the passenger side door. I googled and saw many good reviews of Gotham City Collision so chose Gotham City Collision for my car repair . From my experience the customer service is Excellent and their team is very efficient. Especially Mr . Chris is a nice person. He kept me informed every step of the way.
