For some reason my order didn't show up on their end. My first time ordering from them didn't know when to expect delivery so I called to check for status on the order. I think his name was Jonathan. He said he would find out and call me back and he did. He had them process my order and he took it to FedEx himself and dropped it off. I received it within the 2 days. I am delighted with the quality of the toys and happy with the prices. But most of all with the best service I have ever received from any company. Great job!!
