NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I WENT TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND THEY STOLE MY MONEY, IN ADDITION THE CAMERA WAS OFF AND THE MAN WHO WORKS THERE HAD A STRANGE ATTITUDE. I LOST MONEY AND TIME.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I had the worst experience dealing with any company. Overall, I lost $1,500 with Metro and at least 4 days of my time. For those interested, here's my story. After opening a new phone and a new line with Metro, the number randomly changed a week later. Abdullah and his manager said this is a glitch and can just "happen". I had already registered my business to this number and printed $1,000 worth of marketing materials. I went into the store 4 days in a row to resolve this issue and they were not only not helpful but condescending and would not provide any form of reimbursement. Every single day, Abdullah said he would give me a call back with an update, but not ONCE did he call me, forcing me to have to go into the store every single time to get an answer. His managers avoided taking any kind of responsibility or provide financial compensation or ANY compensation. I ended up canceling with them and opening a new line. The new line was a recycled number and I had constant calls and texts from random people who the number previously belonged to. Again, I canceled and went over to Cricket. I opened a new line with Cricket and have not had a SINGLE problem. End of the day, I lost $1,000 in marketing materials, $300 on a phone that I can't used because it's locked to Metro, $98 for activation fees and monthly payments on 2 lines for a total of $1,498. I never imagined Metro could be such a terrible company.

I went in to get a new phone I said the phone I wanted and why I wanted it and the price I was comfortable paying the sales associate told me he had no idea how long it would take to order it and his manager told him that phone would probably never come into the retail stores and he then tried showing me a galaxy phone which he had the audacity to say look how pretty and was twice the price I said I was comfortable with called customer service and after an hour back and forth there's nothing they can do there just customer service worst phone experience ever

I was there 2 weeks ago and I got ripped off for like $96 for a regular device change with eSIM activation. I went back because to ask what was the details about it and they said that the charge for it. As I look up on the website gotta be only $25+ tax somebody not telling the truth…

Nothing can be done! They don't answer the phone, they close the store on the day they want without any note and they disregard the customer!! They should close this place!
