“I had zero experience printing photos from digital format, so I probably required a bit more handholding than the average customer. Photos turned out beautifully, the turnaround time in my case for ~30 was less than two hours after I emailed them the photos that I wanted printed.This turned out to be significant. Because my ailing mother got to see and hold these visual reminders of her youth and our family memories before she passed in hospital less than 24 hours later on the following day.I just wanted the people involved in this business to know that their work meant a lot to me and my family, as I am sure it does for the many others who use their services to mark or remember important moments in their lives.They stepped up when it really mattered and were able to provide patient service and deliver a good product.
