This was our third move over the last 7 years, and no one came even close to the service we recieved with R-Way. We could have hired any local crew, but we heard amazing things about R-Way. These guys came in with a ton of hands in the early morning, packed everything meticulously and put it all where it belonged in the new house. We were shocked by how efficient the entire operation was and beyond happy to be enjoying our new home by the afternoon. Unfortunately, we don't ever plan on moving again, but we will absolutely be recommending Chris and his crew to anyone looking. They were such a pleasure to work with!

We could not be more thankful for Chris and the whole team at R Way moving! Moving with 3 kids, and just having a newborn weeks before, these guys really took the stress out of moving for us. They are also the epitome of great communication and teamwork. We are so incredibly grateful for them, and could not recommend them more. They are worth every penny, and are by far the smoothest part of our move!

Overall, I can't recommend R-Way highly enough. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction made my move a breeze. Moving can be a stressful experience, but with Chris and his crew, it was a positive and efficient process from start to finish. My move, was books, records and approximately 5 TONS,(or 10,000 lbs) of bronze, wood, canvas, paper and ceramic art, ALL of which was covered in 40 YEARS of thick black dust, spread across 3 floors, including a dirt floor basement, with a 5 and a half foot ceiling, hung with spiderwebs.The location was on a VERY, VERY chaotic avenue.Construction, commerce, a bus line and a constant stream of heavy vehicles in the street and pedestrians on the sidewalk.Having been ghosted by two specialty moving companies, an actual person from R-Way answered my initial call.Then, Chris returned my call within 90 minutes.From the walk through to the move was 6 days.They were polite, considerate, kind, understanding, encouraging, told great jokes and were UNBELIEVABLY FAST!Top professionals! TRULY AMAZING!Old school.This company has got to be the best in the business!R-Way Moving and Storage is FEARLESS.I would never hire anyone else.Wishing them the best for generations to come.Thank you!

This is the best moving company I’ve ever experienced. They are prompt, professional, personable, and great problem-solvers. Their efficiency and impeccable work ethic astonished me. During their work, they manage the moving of furniture and personal items with a precision equaled only by the of the changing of the guards and they exhibit respect for property that matches military flag-folders. Watching the team work is like watching synchronized swimmers. It was exact, coordinated, and, frankly, beautiful. We so appreciated Chris, Frankie, and their team. Best move ever! Cannot recommend Chris and his outstanding team enough. We moved from NYC to NJ last week and we're already mostly unpacked and organized thanks to their exceptional system. Let that sink in for a minute! 10 guys showed up at 7am sharp. Everything in our 1200 sq ft apartment was wrapped, boxed and loaded onto 2 trucks by 11am. We didn't have to lift a finger. In fact, we left! The team was at our new home by noon unloading everything. I showed Tony, the team leader, my vision for where everything was to go. He had a photographic memory for my furniture, and knew exactly what I meant as I was describing each piece. All was in place by 3pm. For me, the real test of character is when something goes wrong. As I was completing the walk through, I noticed that our new credenza was minorly damaged along one side. Nothing major, but definitely damaged. I personally saw this piece all wrapped up, so I'm not sure how it happened - it certainly wasn't for lack of carefulness on their part! But hey, it's a move - these things happen! I reluctantly mentioned this to Tony, and he not have been more graceful. He called Chris, the company owner, who instructed them to take the piece with them to get repaired. Back on the truck it went, and it's currently being repaired by someone who also does restoration work for Christy's auction house. They will deliver the piece back to us once it's looking like new. Talk about service! Don't hesitate. Book these guys. This was the best way to kick things off in our new home. You won't regret it!

I saw them run over a barrier to enter and fully block the one safe bike route that I need to take to get to work, and stay there loading for a while. There was a large open loading zone ~50' away, but they were not willing to move. This is illegal, unusual, and definitely not professional for a business based in a major city.

Recently moved from LIC to South Orange, NJ. Moving is very stressful and Chris (the owner) took the time to walk us through the process, pricing, and payment options. On the day of the move, his team showed up promptly at 7a with at least 10 guys, and we were packed up and on our way to NJ by 9:30a. We were unloaded by 1p and while we're still unpacking, we are impressed by how carefully and thoughtfully they packed up our stuff. Chris has followed up with us since our move to make sure everything is in a good place and we really appreciate how he handles his business. We would definitely recommend and use R-Way again in the future.
