I’ve been working for a big corporation that is huge on customer service for 15 years now. For years and years I’ve been loyal to the Starbucks brand because I love their coffee. Visiting many stores across the 5 boroughs though, I’ve noticed the customer service go downhill. Employees lack customer service. I have just accepted it that this is the new age. Today I had a different experience. Therefore, I am compelled to write this review. Today I encountered an employee named Sophie who took my order at the register. She was kind, warm & genuinely radiated happiness. Employees like Sophie deserve a raise or promotion and should probably train Starbucks employees across the organization a thing or two. Thank you Sophie for making my day today! Keep smiling!

Very expensive. A friend of mine gave a gift card and I was trying this place at last. I don't recommend Starbucks at all. Coffe are terrible and also low quality pastry. Try a bakery instead which price is 50 % less and more quality food . Almost 4 dollars for a single Expresso shot. No way I would stop and getting something from this place.

Lousy, unfriendly service. Went in to pick up a delivery order that should’ve been ready before I even arrived, and the workers hadn’t even started preparing the order and were preparing more recent orders instead. Then, the girl who made the single drink for my order just left the drink on the counter beside her, instead of actually putting it in the bag and handing it over. The other employee, who was more aware of how long I was standing there, ended up finally packing the order and putting it on the pickup counter while facing his back to me, instead of handing it over and saying “sorry for the wait.” Just a bunch of unfriendly, inconsiderate, low-class employees at this location. Needs a total overhaul.

Just went to get a coffee and man, the employees were so rude and full of attitude. Don’t know why they looked so unhappy. I ordered politely and still it seems they expected more from me. Also the coffee taste was awful. It was not busy when I visited.

worst starbucks crew, i understand their busy . i ordered online for a tall pike only at 10:15a.m and i was promised by the system to have the coffee ready by 10:37a.m, so i waited till 10:37a.m again not an issue since i can see they are busy so then i line up and show my order to the cashier that i just need a tall pike and i’ve been waiting for 45 mins. so he checked my phone (@11a.m) and simply said you gotta wait in line since you have people ahead of you! i’ve waited for 1 hour! how long do i have to wait??? it’s just a tall pike!!!

Music was disturbingly loud. Waited too long. Got regular milk in my drink instead of soy milk that I paid for. Don't waste your time going to this branch.

1 star review due to consistently having to wait 15-20+ minutes for simple coffee orders —- establishments like Starbucks want to balance both online orders and in person orders at the expense of a customer ordering in person + overworking their staff (who I would give 5 stars to).Then they place your drinks amongst 50 others and leave the waiting customers to decide if its theres even if theres multiple parts of your order they pay no attention to that.Either have an additional dedicated online order team of employees or be aware that you are hurting the experience. Will not be back.
