“I had a flat tire and the local guy from Roadside Assistance recommended Omar. I knew all four tires were on their final miles so I was ready to replace all four. Omar kindly went over the various tire alternatives and compared the pricing and ratings of the various tires available on Tire Rack (which really is the lowest out there). He then compared it to the pricing of the local vendors and showed there wasn't a notable difference. Needing to get done immediately, I opted for the local vendor. The whole job from the minute I walked in the door, ordering the tires and installing took two hours. They did a fantastic job! Honest guys!”

“I'm heading to work early this morning on the BQE and hit a metal piece of pipe that you couldn't even see because it blended with the road. I got off, and tire pressure was dropping fast. Not what I needed 6 in the morning. I googled and found this tire shop, and it said 24 hours. I called and thank God it really was open. It is very well lit and open and ready for you. I almost cried when he told me my tire was 200, what was I gonna do at that time of the morning. I know that the tire for my car isn't cheap because we've had to replace one before. The guys were helpful and very nice. I was definitely pissed and mad this morning, but they made it better, and I was so glad to get it fixed. Did I mention how fast they were? Very! I would recommend this business for your tire needs.”

“I can't recommend Marbren Tire (now renamed Tire Town Express) highly enough. I got new tires there in 2019 and their prices were reasonable, they were friendly, fast and efficient. After hitting a bad pothole on the LIE in Aug. 2022, they had a replacement tire in stock, suggested I only needed 1 new tire when I thought I would need at least 2 and I was in and out in about an hour. Vinny, the Manager is friendly and awesome as is Roberto in the shop. They don't give you a hard-oversell and suggest unneeded parts and repairs like some of their nearby 21st Street competitors. They are very conveniently located in LIC near the LIE, and near the 59th Street bridge and Queens Midtown Tunnel.”
