“When I got there they immediately asked how I was doing and how can they help. My tire valve caps were corroded and they did very good clean efficient work to get them good again 100% recommend. Prices are reasonable. P.S Based of my experience they mostly take cash.”

“I caught a flat on the Jackie Robinson Parkway while I was on my way to an interview. I Googled the nearest tire shop and made my way to The Tire Place, hoping it would be something simple.
When I arrived, Cathy had one of the mechanics check out my tire. Unfortunately, I didn’t just need air, I needed a replacement tire. They didn’t have one available, so they had to order it, and I was told it would take about an hour to arrive.
I was honestly feeling defeated. I told Cathy that I had an interview in 45 minutes and was still about 30 minutes away from the interview location. I had no choice but to wait, so I started calling to see if I could reschedule my interview for later that day or another day. They told me they would call me back and let me know what would work best.
Then Cathy did something I will never forget.
She sent one of her mechanics over to ask if I would be comfortable with him driving me to my interview
I was hesitant at first, but I accepted.
He drove me to my interview, and thankfully, the interview went extremely well When I returned to The Tire Place, I thanked Cathy over and over again. She simply told me that she felt bad about what happened and wanted to help.
A week later, I found out that I GOT THE JOB!
I truly believe that sometimes the kindness of a stranger comes at exactly the right moment. Cathy didn’t have to go out of her way for me, but she did.

“Came in for car tint removal and ended up getting full ceramic tint installed as well. The whole process was quick and fast service from start to finish. They removed the old tint cleanly with no damage or leftover residue, which I really appreciated.
The new full ceramic tint looks amazing — super clean, smooth finish, and you can instantly feel the heat reduction. The quality of work is top tier and they were professional the entire time. Definitely recommend if you need tint removal or want to upgrade to ceramic. I’ll be back for sure.”

“My boyfriend and I were staying in the city for a concert and hit a pothole only five minutes away from our hotel. On a Saturday at 4PM, the options looked bleak on how we were going to get it repaired. We took a chance on what was the nearest repair shop to us, and needless to say, they did not disappoint. The mechanics were able to switch the front and rear tire to give the damaged one less load. Two lug nuts burst off as a result
Asked Pepboys to rotate my tires
To be sure lug nuts are in good working order
Pepboys did not do the service
I am not comfortable that damage to the lug nuts was not done
With all the times the tires were put on and off the vehicle at Pepboys
