Much better of the two locations - cleaner, more organized, and no open bags of food like I found at the Long Island location. Parking is difficult, but the deals exist here and this store is clearly run in an efficient way worthy of a business. If I go back to TNT again, it will definitely be this location rather than Elmont.

Do not walk in blindly assuming that you are getting a discount at this store. That aside, I am writing to share an experience with my daughter. I sent her in with a $10 bill to purchase some snacks. I sat in the car directly outside of the store and waited for her. She came out with 5 snacks which should have totaled no more than $6 (including tax), no change and no receipt. I then walked in and asked where her change was. They proceeded to tell me (rather, scream at me) that there was no change and nothing could be done without a receipt. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do short of calling the police and asking to view the tapes which I thought would be excessive. As convenient as it is to have a liquidators store in the area, be careful that they are not the ones liquidating. I will not step foot in there again. The nerve of them to take advantage of children, especially when many from the gymnastics school next door go there…

Today I went there to go buy some drinks with my friend and this curly haired lady in the cashier. Look at me and my friend rude face and me and my friend were just talking about what had happened in school in the past week and. The cashier had to interrupt yelling "HEY" and we weren't even checking out yet we were waiting for the person in front. And I came in with a scooter and I just got on it real quick and there was an other girl on her scooter too and. The lady yelled at me saying "HEY GET OFF OF THAT YOU CAN'T RIDE THAT IN HERE." She didn't even try to say it nicely she had to say it rudely. I have been going there since forever and now I'll rethink about going there ever.

The first ever liquidation store I visited after watching some online videos. It’s a decent sized store with clothes, everyday use items on first floor and heavy furnitures in the basement. They also had some Halloween makeup and costume stuff in the basement. The prices are really good.

I been shopping at this store from time to time I purchased a few appliances. For instance, I purchased an air bed a few weeks ago and I asked the employee is everything OK with it? He said yeah, everything’s good. I checked it myself I purchased the air bed went home begin to inflate their bed and the bed had big piece of duct tape on it clearly had a hole in it it was not checked even if you were months back I purchase an air fryer. The same employee told me he checked it and everything was good. Took it home didn’t even turn on. I returned it the same night around seven. Asked to speak with a manager and he was very nice but clearly frustrated. I told him what happened and I told him that the employee said it was checked and it was all good. He looked me in the eye and said they lie, they like to lie. he said I don’t understand why he doesn’t tell the customers the truth that’s not the way I do business I feel really bad for this employee. He gave me my refund and said he was really sorry for what happened. Can’t shop here anymore so sad

Dear manager, I was in there a couple of weeks ago I was having a nice time until I got to the registers. There was a Spanish Paty, and Hindu lady, the line was a little long I wouldn’t have mind waiting, but you need to train that Hindu lady like seriously the Spanish lady was like next next and the other girl was just there talking having a nice conversation with, another customer so when it was my turn to go to the Spanish lady to hear her conversation a little bit and she’s telling the guy to give the mother a tea the house she’s doing the dishes who tried mint, and all these things and then she gets her phone to show him a picture of his niece and I’ll look at the eyes like seriously you have a socializing place there. I didn’t know you have a Foot pharmaceutical person there too because she’s just giving out remedies left and right. Let me know if you can open up a pharmacy there. She seems nice but seriously this is not the place I want to go in and out and that we don’t lie when one girl is going next next next well, the other one is having a nice conversation with a customer and explaining every single little detail. Oh, this is 2410 this is one for 20 this is here. Oh this is there like seriously she must really think all the customers are stupid that they don’t know what they’re grabbing. So I don’t know if I’ll be coming back or if I do first I’ll check if this lady is there or not. Have a nice day.

I would normally give this place a 5. Lots of good drinks like Celsius and vitamin water on the cheap. Except for today, Today I had the pleasure of having the rudest most ignorant cashier I've ever experienced in my life check me out. Other than that this place is great. I'll edit this later this week after I go back to see if maybe this Karen cashier was just having a bad day.

Rude, careless, disgraceful, unprofessional, and unapologetic.Employee refused to assist a visually Impaired customer in a loud, aggressive, and demeaning manner.Thereafter, cashier loudly mocked andcackled about the customers difficulty navigating her way through the store.Cashier REFUSED to provide name upon request and barked her way to seek the Store Manager. John, who identified as the only Store Manager, dismissed the complaint and too refused to provide cashiers name. The store was filled with shocked customers.Outrageous display of behavior and disregard for the needs of a customer seeking assistance who identified as Disabled.Furthermore, several purchases were made. After being advised, there was no other superior to contact, and further review, there is a second location listed.Shameful buisness practices.

Response: The lies continue... This guy leveraged my sale with someone else who had expressed prior interest. He let him know I was on my way to purchase it and offered the item for a higher price. When the customer agreed to the higher price he sent me a message through facebook messenger saying that there was now something wrong with the item so it was no longer available. I was driving 2 hours and arrived at the store (not having seen the message) and the employee at the store told me the item had been sold 10 minutes earlier to another customer (named Henry) that his boss informed him was coming to pick it up. This person has zero integrity.

While internet business can be a harrowing experience, there are certain things that are generally agreed upon as having fair dealings between the seller and the buyer. TNT violates all of those good faith agreements. We had an agreed upon sale and place for pickup of an advertised product only for me to drive 2 hours in traffic to pickup the item and the proprietor, John Azzarelli, lied about the product no longer being saleable (having sold it for a higher price to another customer 10 minutes before my arrival). They have deceitful and unsavoury business practices. Stay away!!!

Hi- it's me again. You keep saying facebook marketplace has nothing to do with TNT liquidators but all of your listings on marketplace are from the TNT Liquidators facebook profile. So yes, it has everything to do with TNT liquidators. The owner of the business, John Azzarelli, directed me to pick up the item I agreed to purchase in Queens from the TNT liquidators store in Queens. Upon arrival I found the place was a dump and the employees seemed miserable as anyone would be working for this person. Don't shop there.

Your average store that sells discounted goods. They have a variety of things but nothing really unique. If you need something cheap in bulk, it might be worth a look.
