I loved the experience that I had here! Came to get gel mani and reg pedi done. Service was amazing and my nail tech fixed 2 of my nails on my toes that I messed up when walking over to the mani table ? super clean and cute spot, def would go again!

i work with my hands and theyre in water alot so i dont treat myself to manis often. however, today is my birthday and i just wanted to treat myself to something nice and relaxing. after searching around and reading reviews i decided on trying out utopia nail salon. upon finding their instagram i was easily able to set up an appointment from my phone for theyre weekday mani&pedi special. my appointment was confirmed pretty quickly for the next day.( i did this all last night before my bday). i got there today and they where all ready for me already and went right to work. it was a nice atmosphere,very clean and nicely decorated. I was very relaxed the whole time,which was the whole point of this to begin with, and Dirley did an excellent job. I didnt feel rushed like in most salons, she took her time and put care into her work. I was overall very satisfied and very relaxed and i absolutely love my mani& pedi. I will definitely be back possibly to try gel or dip next.

Very aesthetic place and I like that they kept the door slightly open so there wasn’t a overwhelming nail polish smell

My wife went to get her nails done for our wedding and she is really disappointed because she had been going to this same place for years and never had a problem but this time the job was disastrous. Apart from the fact that she spent more than 4 hours in the salon because the glue did not stick to the nail and kept popping off, she gave them another opportunity to fix 4 damaged nails (@ additional cost). It hasn’t even been 10 hours since they fixed her damaged nails and at night while she was sleeping 2 more nails popped off, I am really disappointed with the job they did.The design is beautiful but the job wasn’t done right

I love Utopia. I think i found them in 2017Im not the type of person to get my nails done monthly - i usually get them for a event.But every time i do come I'm not disappointed. The place (even pre covid) was always super clean and organized. The tools are sterilized. They always open a clean pack in front of you. Each person uses their own clean pack for each client.I went to a place as a emergency for a wedding because Utopia was booked and my gel lasted 8 days!!! By day 8 i was peeling them off.I have these on for 13 days so far and no sign of chipping any time soon.I did them with BERTHA - and she took her time , checked each nail and made sure they were all perfectly done.Thank you and i cant wait for my next appt!PS - my nails lasted 21 days and that was because i removed them myself to let them breathe before my next appt!!!

Absolutely disgusting service… if I could’ve this business no star I would. I’ve been a customer here since they opened three years ago. My last visit was the most abismal experience I’ve had and the previous two were incredibly frustrating. It’s incredibly disappointing that Andrea (the owner) who was helping me did not show any kind of empathy and even blamed me and my products for my pedicure being messed up. The level of customer focus demonstrated was that of a McDonalds drive thru. It’s terrible when you blame the customer instead of addressing the issue with kindness and patience.The only positive experiences I’ve had their is with Patricia.However, never coming back here again.

After my third consecutive time there, I got nail fungus in my big toe. For 4 years going to several podiatrist, trying to cure it and Dr. Isseroff on Grand Ave. was able to help. Great staff and my nail is finally growing back, attached to my toe.Service: Pedicure

1st time. Very clean and calm environment. Helpful and friendly staff. #1 requirement was sanitized utensils and it was met!!! Used Mimi and she did a fabulous job on my pedicure and powder mani. Made my next appointment before I left:). Looking forward to going back.Services: Pedicure

best nail salon in the area! Cleaner than any other salon I've been to, and they really take their time. When I get a gel mani from this place, my nails last way longer than when I go to any other salon. It's more expensive than other salons in the area, but worth the extra cost.

We had an appointment and they made us wait at the station for 30-40 minutes. Then there’s no hand massage or foot massage with the classic pedicure or regular gel manicure. Lastly, they put the glove with cream on my hands, they didn’t even ask me if I wanted to remove my rings. Now my marital set looks dirty and neglected because it’s covered in hand cream. This actually angered me more than anything, even waiting 40 minutes for my services after the appointment.Services: Pedicures

So I heard good things about this salon ..my boyfriend actually booked me an appointment to get my nails and pedicure done on my bday....i was excited up until I walked Into the salon I was about 4 mins early and was looked at and ignored ..I wasn't greeted at all by anyone so I stepped back out and sat outside until someone came out ....finally someone came out her name was Marcia she went straight to my boyfriend and ignored me ... that's was weird (strike one) ..he proceeded to let her know the appt was for me so I followed her in and she was speaking to me in Spanish and I don't understand her cause I don't speak the language...her coworker says in Spanish "she doesn't speak Spanish " and she immediately had a face....from then on it was the most awkward salon visit I have ever experienced In My life I wish I would have just left right then and there ...Marcia didn't even look at me she was basically not acknowledging me ..I guess if you don't speak Spanish don't bother going here.... Atleast at the Asian salons they tend to give u direction she did not just waited for me to guess what she wanted me to do ! Horrible customer service ...the pedicure took entirely too long it was just ok I've had better ... then I was going to get gel nails done but I honestly just wanted to get out of there so I opted for a regular mani ( wrong move ) it was horrible! She didn't even cover my nails I had bubbles and streaks the top coat didn't cover the color Smfh ..I was so upset.. I sat there so disappointed glad I didn't do something more complex cause it was already a train wreck ... avoid this place and go somewhere else ..the staff isn't friendly I've never felt so uncomfortable and not welcomed ..the only one that was friendly was I guess the owners son he was the only one that had any type of customer service skills ... never again ! Had to remove the nail polish as soon as I left ! What a waste of money ....

I had my first appointment at Utopia this week and absolutely loved it. The staff was super welcoming and kind, and the service itself was fantastic. Patricia did my gel manicure and it’s probably the best one I’ve received in years! I’ll definitely be returning to Utopia in the future.

Amazing!! Everyone was so polite and nice. The gel mani came out perfect and my pedicure came out perfect as well. They let you pick what kinda of massage you want and it was great! Almost went to sleep lol.The salon is clean and you can tell they really care. It’s very organized.Also they mentioned may 4th cause of my Star Wars shirt which is just amazing lol.Loved the whole experience. Thank you!Services: Pedicures
