The paint looks incredibly glossy and smooth, with a deep “wet look” shine that really makes the SUV stand out. They explained the process clearly, were professional and careful the entire time, and the attention to detail was obvious in the final result. Since the coating, water beads right off and it stays cleaner much longer. If you’re considering ceramic coating, I highly recommend Complete Detaillers—worth every penny.”

“First Class Collision went above and beyond to save my planned departure date for my vacation. I had two seized bolts on my Ineos Grenadier roof rack. Within a couple of hours they had removed the broken bolts, saved the treaded bracket, painted the scratches I had made during my attempted removal and provided me with new hardware so I could remount the rack. “I can’t say enough how great and helpful everyone including the owners and the sister of one of the owners have gone above and beyond from helping me get a rental car to showing me pictures of progress there are an example of how to keep a customer for life 10 stars if I could give it ! The best testimony I can give was when my daughter was in the car with me. She asked me did they give you a new car I said no this is the car that got in the accident and was fixed. She said I don’t think so. I think they just swapped out a new car for you. This looks way too new. I said OK but they did a great job and I know you can’t tell. She said it even has that new car smell how did they do that?”

“Tried Cannon Collision due to the stellar reviews I saw on Google. I was not disappointed. From the start, I was given a choice on the repair of my 2017 vehicle - they could bang out the dents and replace only what needed to be replaced, or they could change entire Quarter panel which was one long piece extending over the windows down the front door column. The price difference was significant but Joe told me it really wasn't necessary to replace it - the labor cost for the replacement was much higher b/c of all the welded points that had to be removed and then rewelded. There was no damage to the existing welds so it wasn't really needed. I did not get such a choice from the local competitor, whom I went to first. It wasn't just the honesty that prompts this review, however. The work that was done was beautiful. Paint matched to a tee. I appreciated the recommendation that we check to make sure we didn't have a bent rim (I did not originally notice the damage to the wheel) particularly given the minimal cost to do that and have it powder coated as well. Looks as good as knew. They even attempted to save the parking sticker for the bumper which I found adhered to a piece of cardboard in the glove box. It was not necessary (and we really couldn't use it) but it was a nice gesture all the same. The office is very pleasant and the staff (Joe, Marla and Paul) were all wonderful. It was like my neighbor was fixing my car. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend this location without reservation”

“I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to have the dashboard cover replaced. Steve had provided me with an initial estimate, and it never wavered. I dropped off the car on a Monday and picked it up the following Monday. The dashboard came out perfect. Steve also made sure that an additional repair was made, at no cost, as a result of some minor damage during the dash repair process which further solidified his professionalism. Luis, if I'm spelling his name right, was very helpful and walked me through the process of what needed to be done to fix up the scratch on my rear passenger side. Granted it was a small scratch, but, to give you a sense of the paint job they did, if the car wasn't mine, I wouldn't be able to tell you there was a scratch in the first place afterwards. The paint job was fully realized, and they even washed the car and wiped down the interior. It looked BRAND BRAND new. Highly recommend these guys if you have need of some work done on your car.”
