“I needed to rent a car for my son who was visiting. I placed my order online several hours before the pick up. When I arrived I was greeted by Vincent. He acknowledged me immediately even though he was helping another customer.
The Car I reserved was no longer available but Vincent gave me an immediate upgrade. The process went very quickly and I was in and out within 20 minutes....
Excellent Customer Service...”
“My wife and I have been coming here for the past 10 years. We just returned our vehicle always a pleasure no hassle. Ash is fantastic. He’s hard-working very attentive all around. Great guy. The vehicles have low mileage and are in great working condition. Couldn’t be happier.😊”

“The guys at Avis/Budget are very professional and my experience was quick and easy. They also went above and beyond to get back a personal item I left in the car. I will definitely recommend and use them again.”
