Everybody is so cheerful great to help and I get everything I need every time I go in I love shopping there. I will go nowhere else even if I lose weight so wear a belt and fit into the clothes ha ha lol yeah but I have a good time Heather is a good manager.

Needed some clothing in a hurry. There was not a large selection in the correct size, but both ladies, Patricia and Kim(?) helped us find what we needed. Last visit a nice gentleman helped us. This is our go-to clothing store.

Today was my 4th time at this store and it's the only DXL I'll go to. Heather, Madalyn, and Patricia were the best. I love how they build a journey with me (special occasion or everyday) and know how to roll if I'm on a budget or not. These employees really know how to make you feel great.

I was greeted upon entry to the store. The cashier went above and beyond too assist me. When I went too check out. She seen I been a long time customers snd haven’t redeemed any rewards in quite a while. So she called customer service and let them know. They sent me a $20 e-giftcard to use for the purchase. Doesn’t get much better than that. Always has a large selection of items. I always find everything I need. If not they ship it too me within a couple days. That’s why I’m a lifetime customer.
