“I’m one of those people who believe all the difference can be in the help people provide. At this T-Mobile store, everyone in the building was incredible. I was directly interacting with Victor R and I could not be more satisfied with his attention. His ability to explain what was going on and his desire to get my problem resolved were impressive. I can’t express how valuable this gentleman was and how incredible everyone in the store made all of the customers feel.”

“Had an amazing experience today at this store because of Jose!! Yesterday, I upgraded my daughter's phone and had to pick it up at the Apple store, only to find out that the associate in a different store put the iPhone on my phone number instead of my daughter's. Needless to say, we had to go to T-mobile to have the numbers switched to the correct phones. We happened upon this location and were lucky to get Jose to help us! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was patient, personable and extremely kind! This store is out of the way for me, but in the future, I will definitely go back there for any issues I may have. Thank you Jose!!”

“I had been dealing with an issue with Verizon for the last 3 days, and every time I called customer service, I spent almost 2 hours a day trying to get it resolved with no real solution. Then I came here and met Ms. Taylor. Honestly, she was amazing. She listened to the problem, understood exactly what needed to be done, and fixed it in literally a minute. After wasting so much time on the phone for 3 days, I couldn’t believe how quickly she solved it. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and actually cared about helping me. Verizon needs more people like Ms. Taylor. She turned a very frustrating experience into a great one. Thank you, Ms. Taylor, for making my problem go away so quickly. You are truly an excellent customer service representative!”

“I have been billed for HBO max since April, although I dont have TV Service from Optimum. I have been unable to remove the charge from my bill, even though I have spoken with reprsentatives from Optimum. I keep deducting the $13.78 from my bill each month. If this is not cleared up soon, I guess i'll have to cancel my Optimum service altogether.Jack Horowitz”
