John was super friendly and helpful. Helped us out fantastically in a pinch. We came for a sports blazer for the next day (Im tall and lanky so my sizes are rare). No stores around had the right size, he helped us find an alternative and had me ready for the next day!

Excellent customer service. I don't buy dress clothes often and it's hard to know what to buy and they help guide you with a smile without making you feel dumb. I love that.

Disappointing experience at Men's Warehouse in Massapequa. Went in on Thursday, 10/9/25, at 10:06 AM, needing help with a rental. The worker wasn't accommodating, saying it couldn't be done for Tuesday due to lack of staff. When I asked about buying a suit or paying extra for rush service, that wasn't an option either. Ended up going to Plainview Men's Warehouse, and they got my suit rental done for Saturday. Unfortunately, this experience has me rethinking my loyalty. Hope management takes note and improves customer service.i will never go back to this store 😕
