Crooks. Tried to overcharge my wife for multiple jobs. I asked why we needed synthetic oil and new spark plugs and they apologized. Their story went from xyz was needed on the phone with my wife to it's "recommended" to me in person. Sucks bc this is the closest mechanic to my house, but I'll never go there again.
