Very bad experience with this seven eleven
I work at Amazon came here to heat up my lunch ask two ask were at the counter they said no sorry not for outsiders means if the food doesn’t belong to there store I will not able heat up the food
This were the first seven eleven that said no to me
When we bring the packages for you guys that time you guys don’t say that oh this package is from outside we can’t accept it
Gotta help each other as a human but some people doesn’t have that

As a huge 7-11 fan this pains me to write but I just saw an older male employee sneeze on some of the little containers of food kept in that warming oven. He looked around quick to see if anyone saw him, but I don’t think he knew I saw because of my sunglasses. Then the guy in front of me couldn’t figure out the credit card machine and caught some attitude from Mr Sneeze. Probably wouldn’t have wrote a review just for that part. Either way, there’s enough 7-11’s around to go to one that has mucus-free food stuffs.

Night shift crew was very rude and wanted me to get out the store i literally went in to buy a charger and was being rude and unprofessional. This whole inconvenience made me racially profiled.

I used to come here frequently until one time this woman demanded I get a paper bag when I purchased a beer. She insisted it was illegal to not give me a bag with purchase of alcohol and that was a lie. I protested her claims and she chose to call the cops. So because I choose not to get a useless bag that will end up being thrown away, I get the cops called on me. Also the fat guy manager is always rude and snide. I do not recommend this business! Stay away

These guys are open 24 hours meanwhile when I walk in there and I asked the guy why he got no coffee very nasty he said what do you think I'm waiting for you to make coffee without making coffee at 4:00 in the morning that's the guy I just told him that I guess he's 7-Eleven was different

Ok so, when you have a seven 11 on every corner, what can you do to stand out?At this location? Absolutely nothing. In fact, this location takes it as a challenge to play golf rules when it comes to customer satisfaction, the lower the score, apparently , the better!All I wanted to do, as you can guess being named Chad, Is work out my delts and core, my Bis,Tris, and back. Get "Swole" as the kids these days say. So , am i going to buy water at the gym? Where they triple the price ? Hell no. I stop here as it's the closest place before my club. Well apparently when the manager is slowly putting one item at a time into the garbage, DO NOT ASK HIM TO STOP AND HELP YOU. You have to do what I did, ask twice nicely, get the evil stare of death, watch as a line builds behind you, and then... keep waiting. When he's finally done, god forbid you mention how you've worked 15 years in fast food and wasn't cool to stare me down, help the customer! It's fun! I promise. Well I must have embarrassed him worse than him finding out his daughter is dating a DJ because oh man did he give it to me, and deep too. "You have no idea what you're talking about I run my store the way I want!" Doubling down on a clearly bad customer service experience like a dead beat father whose trying to explain to the police "look she keeps making fun of my shoes" as an excuse for the domestic violence call. Fact is, when I came to Yelp to find this location, every other seven eleven has 5 stars but OF COURSE this one has two. Wonder why?This is why me and Ray Croc hated franchises, they do their own things as if they're truly in charge. One location is selling spaghetti the other is talking down to customers while making them wait 5 minutes to ring up.And fyi, I don't mind waiting. I never say anything to anyone, but slow garbage prepping can wait right? I'm not crazy? Surely it can wait. Anyway, that Long Island entitlement apparently doesn't skip store managers because this guy shot me down worse than my high school crush during the freshmen rush. I'll never forget that Cindy.
