I walked in on the right day!!!! Yasmely was amazing! She answered all my questions! Got all the shoes I wanted ! She was super kind to my kids! Angie also helped us out!!! This person called Tony is a person who looks at you with my difference as if he doesn't want to work and treats customers badly. I don't know how they have this person working if he can't work, let him not work, but he doesn't treat customers with indifference and it's very uncomfortable. I like the store, but people who work like that in a store are not good for the company. They should be fired.

Malaysia was a big help in my shopping experience at Aldo. She had a beautiful style choice and a beautiful personality. She helped me get the shoes for my wedding. That's coming up in June. I'm very satisfied with the service that I got at this Aldo store.

Highly DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED!!! I went to this location to return an online order I had placed with my receipt 3 times. I spoke with a tall African American man that was very rude and refused to return my item claiming his return system was down and he was unable to do it. I went back the next day and he said the same thing, went back a few days later and he said the same thing the return system was down and he was unable to process my return said he had no control over the system that it was over his pay. He was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional told me if I was in a rush to return the item to return it by mail. In which I don’t understand why the receipt states that I can come to this location to process the return within 60 days, it has been 10 days since I purchased the item gone 3 times for the system to be down making it impossible for me to return the item. I have returned items before in this location never had an issue, and had never dealt with a rude, hostile employee. Iam very disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism and mediocre service I received. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and this experience/treatment has left me with no desire to purchase or deal this Store/Brand again.

The store is always clean and well-organized, the staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I was particularly impressed with Tony, the manager. He went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect pair of shoes, offering shoe care products and ensuring I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He even showed me their new Wicked collection online from the movie Wicked and I'm in love with everything!! Thanks Tony!!! :)
