Automated service did not work when using the cell phone and they refuse to do anything about it. It’s so frustrating you call for your account balance or something and you can’t get nothing and when they go home, forget about it. You can’t get nothing when you called the bank. They refuse to do anything about it. They give you 1000 excuses. this has been going on for six years😡

As far as banking institutions are concerned, they are ok, the staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Bank is never open past 1pm. Can never make it to get help from a person when something is wrong.However recieved 2 call backs from 2 managers within days of telling their faceboom page i had a problem to ask how to work with me to fix the problem. They gave me multiple solutions. Impressed at the cutomer service and follow through.
