Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. My son just turned 3 years old, I gave my fiance our items & ran to the bathroom because he told me he had to go. Now, okay! The bathrooms are locked, there is an intercom- no answer, I went up to this hispanic lady Romana asked her over 10 times if she worked there, ignored me. She finally answered me & as my son is holding himself, jumping up and down having saying he has to go, she proceeds to tell me she won’t let me in the bathroom I have to wait for a supervisor…..? Excuse me!!!??? Minutes passed my son can’t hold it, she finally let me in? No apology, but if my son went on your floor, how would you feel.? I understand about doors locked in today’s generation. But seriously, I didn’t have a purse let alone a wallet. My son is literally crying have to use the bathroom. Carol the supervisor finally shows up, tells my fiance he is NOT ALLOWED to use the bathrooms for himself .
If no one is allowed in the bathroom, why are the bathrooms so disgusting covered in mold?
Carol the supervisor proceeds to tell me “you need to wait if I’m with a customer”, when a toddler needs to use the bathroom, you should not be keeping him waiting.
I understand the locks, but not when you prevent a child to use the bathroom causing him to have an accident. And carol gives me the wrong corporate number.
Never have i experienced something like this. I worked in retail, it’s not an adult, it’s a child who clearly needed to use the bathroom AND PREVENTED THAT.
When you see a child in distress having to use the bathroom THEY SHOULD NOT BE PREVENTED TO USE IT. Especially when Romona LET ME IN BEFORE CAROL THE SUPERVISOR GOT THERE.
I walked out of the bathroom and the SUPERVISOR CAROL was already being disrespectful. saying people steals. I KEPT SAYING IT IS NOT ABOUT THE LOCKS. IT IS THE FACT YOU ARE PREVENTING A CHILD FROM THE BATHROOM.

Great selection of clothing items, with luck you might find some brand names in your size. Make sure to check the clearance racks for even better deals. Prices are great, many sizes. Gifts and Great coats available for winter also.

So-so selection, big hunt for deals, stock is so mixed up. Racks are tight together, not going on my revisit soon list, noisy chaotic location without great stock. Maybe better options next time.

They need more choices, and the areas aren't always clean. When going through the clothing, the sizes aren't in order, which gets frustrating having to go through them. Also, finding items from another area. All the racks need to be in order to make shopping less frustrating!!

I always find what I'm looking for, I have no complaints about that, the problem is when paying at the registry, there is always a issue, but it is the best thing I have nearby.

I wanted to buy a purse, they were tied with a padlock and I asked for help, they went to the manager and she told me she would take it to the register.
I got to pay for the other things and I hadn't taken it, I told him again, he only told me that he would arrive with the wallet and he never stopped talking and I didn't take it.
I couldn't buy it ?

This is one of the largest stores I've been to. Lots of stuff. But it just makes it harder to navigate to looking for anything in particular. But clean and roomy.

Nobody beats the prices! Perhaps they should modernize - without much investment - the spaces; or reorganize them. But I can spend hours searching through the clothes and I always find something good, pretty and cheap. Even wallets.
